Didn’t even get to have food. Our tire popped on the highway and we stopped here to get a tow, we went inside and sat down. There was a large lineup and we were waiting for it to die down before we ordered and the lady behind the counter, in a super shitty tone, told us we can’t sit there without ordering anything. We told her we were waiting, she said she didn’t care. Watch out for the staff here, absolutely atrocious customer service with zero sensibility or respect

Here’s a clear and professional review you can post: Very disappointing experience. The posted closing time was 9:30 PM, and we arrived at 9:00 PM, but the staff refused to open the door and would not let us in. If you’re going to stop serving customers before closing time, you should update your hours accordingly. The staff were also quite rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

Poor service, the guy and the lady on the counter were so off and rude. Didn’t even put bread and patty in oven. All the veggies were too cold. Didn’t even care about asking whether it’s take out or for here, just rudely put our stuff in paper bag and handed over to us.

The guy was nice but the old lady at the counter was extremely rude, she was confused and didnt want to hand me over my order. Avoid this subway at all cost! There are better options around the area. PS they are rude to tourists who dont speak french!!!. I reviewed as soon as i picked up my order today!
