I ordered though the app and used some rewards. I ALWAYS order on the app. I went in around 12 pm December 18th, there were 2 older lady's working. They were toasting my subs when I walked in, I sat down to wait. A couple and another man came in. They started to make their subs while still making mine and complaining in french about mobile orders. I went up when they finished mine and I laughed while saying im the mobile order. She pretty much threw the subs down on the counter twoards me and walked away. They were rude, ignorant and just not the type of staff subway should have. I also asked for only 2 things to not be on my sub, cucumbers and green peppers. It had both. I could deal with the peppers but I despise cucumbers so I had to take them off. Rude old ladys.
