Always tight with veggies and toppings at this location. Tonight I was shorted on not only veggies but the meat portion as well. Will not return, the Second east location is much better and I will drive across town so I don't feel like I was ripped-off. Bad experience!!

Really bad experience made an order 2 days ago. Whole order was wrong and not edible. They did nothing to make it right. Tried to call,they had the phone off the hook and never returned the message. Horrible customer service

I always have a great experience at this Subway location! Even though I don’t come in all that often, the staff still remember me and my usual order, which really makes it feel welcoming. They’re consistently friendly, and the subs are always made perfectly with fresh ingredients. It’s that kind of service and quality that keeps me coming back—I always make a point to visit this location whenever I can!

The staff at the 9th St subway in Cornwall Ontario always greets with a smile, friendly and attentive. They have a very clean work environment and take care in building your food. That staff and their with ethics need to be in a large shiny new building that would draw in the customers. Of course they need to be paid well for their services, they are not just food servers they are customer care and present an enjoyment to their job
