It's very sad how small the protein portions have gotten. Barely any steak in the "steak" and cheese sandwich.

I’ve asked today for the offer they have on the outdoor window of $9.99 trio whenever I entered. The man who works there had given me the option to choose if I want the chicken breast, triaki or beef. Once I reached the check out & pay, the girl was waiting me there already, so I asked about my trio, she told me this is just the sandwich! I’ve told her nicely but I asked the man for the trio, she said this comes only the sandwich, I repeated for her nicely again, that whenever I entered, I asked about the trio offer, she asked me with a manner, do you wanna pay!? I was explaining another time to her, she just took the sandwich in a very rude way (which was ready already) put it behind the counter, and left me to serve another client as I’m not there!! I was like are you serious?! What a customer service is this!! Very unprofessional!! I’ve never seen such a thing in my life!! Very disappointed and would never eat and spend a penny at this place again 👎🏼 No smile + attitude & zero service! Asked the man about her name before I leave, he just ignored me and didn’t want to give me. I was fine, I know what I’m gonna do next. If I could give 0 certainly I would’ve with no hesitation tho if I put no star I cannot post this winded post!
