Walked in without knowing what to order. The guy immediately started rushing us into ordering. As we were ordering, first thing that comes to mind was « custom » and the sir in a bad mood said « Bro we aren’t GTA, be serious ». Once the sir finished our order he got everything wrong and had to remake my sandwich. As he was remaking my sandwich he was talking bad about me and my friends and accusing me of things. He was aggressively doing my sandwich adding more sauce then anything. Overall he was rude, grumpy and talking bad about my back.

We walked in and one guy already rushed us to order so we didn’t have time to choose what we really want. We don’t know anything about ordering from the menu so I just said a custom sandwich so I can choose whatever I want for the inside. The guy said "Bro it’s not GTA". We genuinely thought he was joking and was trying to be funny so we laughed but he was actually serious. He said "Alright be serious". We were serious. He didn’t even take one of my friend’s order right by making a 6 inch when he asked for a 12 inch. He looked like he was in a bad mood. My friend heard him accusing us of laughing at his face and assumed that we were making trouble. I don’t know his background in life so maybe he’s going through something but it’s not okay to treat and accuse us like that.

Went there today and the young boy who served me was soooo rude. Went there and told him I had 3 orders, he rolled his eyes and sighed. When I was telling him about the condiments he did a hand motion to tell me hurry up as I was ordering politely. He rolled his eyes and sighed multiple times throughout the exchange which was very disrespectful. I’m not saying he should be very happy but the LEAST you can do is treat customers with respect. Buddy shouldn’t work in customer service. Terrible, horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman serving did an amazing job and did his utmost to handle the heavy stream of online and in-person orders all by himself. (Food prep and cashier at the same time) He deserves 5 stars I have to criticize the owner for not being available to either help out or provide more staff. The owner gets 1 star.. I averaged out the rating to 3
