This is the second time we make an online order for a bowl, WITHOUT cheese, that ends up having cheese. Today, I went back to exchange it, as I am lactose intolerant and was hoping for a meal I could eat without worrying about the consequences. When I arrived, the person in charge told me they had a line up all the way to the door and that accidents happen. Horrible customer service.
