Ordered a sub online and in "special instructions" I put were I wanted some extra topping in cups because they never put enough toppings on the sub.I get there and look in my bag and no cups like I ask,then looked at the manger/owner(old middle eastern guy) and he said in a loud voice "if you want all those toppings your going to have to order a salad pal!" then said why have the special instructions section if your going to just disregard it without any conversation he then said that's how it is like it or not buddy!! then ask for a refund and that's when he got really loud smacking the counter and then then register, then after 5 min he said check your account for your money thats all I can do, then came over slapped the receipt in my hand and when I got in the car realized he gave me my purchase receipt not the refund transaction that he supposedly dia....STAY AWAY AT ALL COST GO TO PITTSBORO THEIR FRIENDLY AND DONT TRY TO SKIMP ON THE TOPPINGS, IVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES WHEN HE TRIES TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH AND REFUSES TO GIVE YOU EXTRA TOPPINGS AND STARES YOU DOWN....HE DEFINITELY COULD REALLY CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND WHAT HE WANTS ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY TO THIS GRUMPY GUY WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!
