Good experience at this Subway! It was pretty quiet when I went, with no wait, and the customer service was good. The portions also felt generous compared to when ordering through delivery. Everything was fresh. I got two sandwiches (one footlong and one 6-inch), plus cookies and a drink for around $20 using the coupons received in the mail, which was a pretty good deal. For the sandwich, the Italian Urban Cheese bread with turkey, monterey Jack, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, banana peppers, mayonnaise, Southwest sauce, black pepper and Parmesan is a great combination.

Absolutely the worst Subway experience I have ever had! I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by what I experienced at this location. The worker seemed completely unfamiliar with what she was doing and had great difficulty understanding us. We even tried using a French translation to communicate, but she did not bother to read it. However, the most concerning and disgusting part was the food hygiene. The food containers were left completely open, and there were flies flying around and over the food. This made me extremely uncomfortable because it appeared that the food could easily be contaminated. Basic food safety and cleanliness should be a priority! The cookie container was also messy and dirty, which only added to the overall terrible impression of this location. I would never return to this dirty place. This was absolutely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant serving food to customers. The management seriously needs to address the cleanliness, food safety, and staff training at this location. Date and time of purchase: August 31, 2026, around 7:20 PM. Yuck. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had!

The worst service possible the staff we're really mean. The brad was crushed and moldi. The kitchen was super dirty and the floors were full of soda and foot steps. I waited 20 minutes and the person said one moment please but she never did my order. Worst subway i ever went too.

Saw owner screaming at a senior aged employee for not being fast enough and the portions are ridiculously small, would never come back to this location…

This location has absolutely outstanding customer service! The first time I ordered from here, it was quite late on a weekend and they were unfortunately out of stock on a few items. The woman working there was so sweet and kindly offered me free chips to make up for the missing toppings. Then today, I accidentally placed a mobile order here by mistake instead of my usual location. I called the store to explain and asked if I could pick it up later in the evening. They were incredibly accommodating! They kept my slip ready and waited until I actually arrived to make my power bowl so it would be completely fresh. The employee working took great care making it, adding perfect portions of toppings, and he even chopped my veggies—a detail that most other Subways completely miss. I absolutely love this location and the wonderful staff here. Highly recommend!

Really disappointing experience today. The staff member handled cash and then immediately made my sandwich without washing or sanitizing their hands. This is a basic hygiene standard and a serious concern for any food establishment. It completely ruined my appetite and overall experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training on food safety.
