Leaving this facility is unnecessarily difficult. After completing my primary objective, I found the exit pathways bottlenecked by poor spatial planning and convoluted checkout or departure procedures. A well designed space should allow the user to leave seamlessly once their transaction or visit is complete. Trapping people at the end of their experience leaves a lasting negative impression.
