Came as a group of 10. The first comment by the staff was "you should go across the street to the pub". We stayed non the less. Eventually we occupied two big tables. The waiter asked us to stay seated in our places because of the ordering of the dishes. He mentioned that we would not be able to order food past 2145. At 2300 they brought the bill and started to pick up the chairs. It was my third time there, and in spite of the food being great, I will not be back because of the lack of patience and flexibility from some of the staff.

Quick tip: If you go at 5pm you won’t wait for a table. We were a group of 5 and didn’t waited for a table. The food was good I would definitely reccomend: pancake salé et burata, tartare de boeuf, onglet de boeuf, and the dessert!! Cocktails are really yummy you should definitely try their spicy margarita🍸 I would go back but I don’t think it’s worth waiting a line.

Service was excellent. Nice music, good vibes. The place is very well decorated. The burrata + pancakes was incredibly good, the beef tartare was delicious, and for the me the cavatelli con ragu was new and pleased to try it.. to finish with chocolate mousse it was the right choice.

Stem Bar has a beautiful ambiance, great decor, and a really nice vibe. The cocktails and wine list were solid. I love September Cafe, so I was really hoping to love Stem Bar just as much. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty across the board, which made the meal hard to enjoy. It’s unfortunate because I had high expectations, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rude staff, slow service. My group was seated and took around 20 mins to have our waiter come see us. The food was cold and staff was rude, almost like they didn’t want us there. Not to mention the washroom was filthy. Won’t be going back!
