The prime rib is absolutely AMAZING — hands down the right thing to order when you go there. It’s cooked perfectly, incredibly soft, and melts in your mouth. The seasoning is spot on , flavorful without overpowering the natural taste of the beef. And if you’re really hungry, go for the cowboy cut ! The portion is huge and worth every dollar. You definitely won’t leave hungry. Table positioning could be better , little tight squeeze, but understandable for the popularity of the place and their good food , place was full. If you’re looking for high-quality steak, generous portions, and a great dining experience, Steak House St Charles is the place to be. I’ll definitely be going back

Food was not the quality you pay for unfortunately. Steaks were stringy very veiny too much fat barely had any meat. Service wasn’t so bad but they didn’t even ask us if we want a dessert.. Or anything else for that matter.We were there with our 10-year-old and they decided to put us in a booth right next to the bar where it was extremely loud. Definitely not a spot/seat for a family. We had made a reservation.. and I had added that it was my husband’s bday, yet pointless as no one asked if there was a new special occasion.. not the best first experience. We spend at least $100 per head and we didn’t even get any desserts …Will not go back.

Our first experience at Steakhouse St-Charles. Atmosphere is very nice. Not too loud, great music at a decent volume… you can hear it but still hear each other talk. Our server was great. Very pleasant. Very attentive. Switched from French to English to accommodate everyone. The food was excellent. We had the soup of the day, calamari, rib steak, filet mignon, cheeseburger. Every dish was fantastic. On a side note the fries are delicious. For dessert we tried the chocolate lava cake with ice cream and carrot cake. Probably the best carrot cake I have ever had. Overall we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.
