As a gelato addict, I was so excited for this addition to Verdun! This review is just only on the gelato, but the texture was off, the two flavours were way too sweet, and the portion size was truly dismal. The staff straight flattened it into the cup, such a buzzkill. I'm gonna chalk it up to growing pains and starting up a new side of the business, I'll maybe come back in a few weeks to see if it's improved.

the coffee isn’t great unfortunately. I was excited to try it out since it opened again in my area. also lots of AI use on their socials which is always a little disappointing for smaller businesses

Came in after wandering Montreal for a while to have a coffee and was deeply offended by the acidic and sour espresso that I was served I checked with the employee and they regretfully told me that, that was how it was supposed to taste.

It is no exaggeration to describe their coffee as non-potable. Extremely sour taste and caused the milk to become separated and curdled. I have been back several times for convenience, yet the espresso has been consistently horrible. Fool me twice, I suppose. I also suspect that their menus and social media posts are made using generative AI. They look tacky and unprofessional, and I cannot support a business that would compromise their ethics for cheap (albeit low-quality) branding/marketing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Station W for many years and absolutely love this place. Food is delicious and fresh, coffees are great, employees are kind and fantastic. I just heard about Station W having to relocate because of rent increase - what a disappointment from the building’s owner. Station W, we will go where you end up going! & I will avoid whatever business ends up in this building!

One of my fav. coffee shops in Montréal, I’ve been a client for many years. I love the mocha (even the iced one), very generous amount of dark chocolate. The pastries are delicious and the grilled cheese sandwiches are great. Everything is always clean, it’s usually quiet enough to study and work. The huge window brings in a lot of natural light… overall, it’s cozy!

Food was fine, nothing outstanding but fine. Place is cute. HOWEVER, I ordered a decaf macchiato and they gave me the most sour thing I ever tasted in my life. Not drinkable. I complained. They gave me a non-decaf one to see if it would be better. It was just as bad. Not knowing macchiatos very well, I kept it (didn't really drink it though), but after reading up on it online, it turns out the sourness is due to incorrect brewing. For a store that sells and brews so much coffee, it's really disappointing that they don't know how to prepare it. I should have asked for a refund. So yeah, I'm disappointed.

Had a big crush and fell in love with this cafe 😍 The food was amazing, many vegan options, loved the ambiance and the drinks, perfect place to work or have a nice moment. Can’t wait to go back !
