This is our second time staying here. Once during a January winter storm and another during a beautiful fall evening. In January, it was warm and cozy and in Autumn, falling asleep watching the stars was magical and we really enjoyed being outdoors at the lake. It was super clean, comfortable and quiet.

We entered our dome, It was very cold. Couldn't find extra covers. We décided to leave and go sleep in our own warm bed. Next time, if there is a next time. We'll reserve in summer.

Sachez que nos dômes sont équipés de chauffage et que des couvertures supplémentaires sont toujours disponibles dans l’espace de rangement prévu à cet effet. Dès que nous avons pris connaissance de votre commentaire, nous avons fait une vérification immédiate sur place afin de nous assurer que tout était bien en ordre, et les couvertures étaient effectivement disponibles. Nous aurions vraiment aimé que vous nous contactiez pendant votre séjour. Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour intervenir rapidement et nous aurions pu régler la situation sur-le-champ afin que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de votre expérience.
