asked for a strawberry cream frappe with matcha cold foam. the person at the drive thru informed me they didn’t have matcha cold foam so i said without is fine. they ended up giving me straight milk with matcha cold foam on top. how does that even make sense??

I had the new Christmas Mocha and didn't like it, I asked them to change it for the traditional latte, the staff was very kind...we love this Starbucks.

paid $8 for my drink and it was a total letdown. After just a couple of sips, it was already finished — the entire cup was filled with ice! I basically paid for flavored water. This is the first Starbucks where this has ever happened to me, which makes it even more disappointing. For the price, I expected an actual drink, not a cup of ice. Definitely not worth it.
