I go to Starbucks almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and this is how regular customers get treated? I sat down to join a Zoom meeting and was told I had to buy something just to stay. The way it was said was rude and unnecessary. I’m already a frequent customer—I shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome or policed like that. If this is how you treat people who come in daily, that’s a serious problem.
