Best lunch! Everyone had what they wanted. Our fabulous waitress, Jennifer, got every order perfectly accurate and was friendly and cheerful the whole time. There’s a fan that’s a bit loud; otherwise, the atmosphere is great. Nice booths, clean bathrooms and easy access from inside the mall.

Had an amazing experience at STACKED! The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. What really made the visit stand out was our waitress, Jen. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and great service truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, I highly recommend STACKED. We’ll definitely be back!

Jennifer was AMAZING!!! Made my dinning experience simple and fun! The food was great! Had the french toast and eggs...amazing taste and i was very stuffed after. The hot sauce is decent too! Thanks pembroke stacked...my wife and i will be back

Stopped in to vist Pembroke Stacked at Pembroke Mall east end. It was an amazing experience, service was fast and friendly servers even during a busy lunch hour. Every guest was enjoying what they ordered. Will return again another day. 10/10. Thanks again.

Just tried the Cinnabun Pancakes at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Pembroke and wow… absolutely amazing! 🤤 The pancakes were super soft and fluffy, with that perfect warm cinnamon flavour and a delicious cream cheese drizzle on top. It honestly tasted just like a fresh cinnamon bun but even better as pancakes. Great service, great atmosphere, and the food came out quick and fresh.

I tried their French toast and it was honestly amazing. The toast was perfectly soft on the inside with a nice golden crisp on the outside. It was topped with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and a drizzle that made it taste even better. Every bite was delicious and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just right! The portion size was great and the presentation looked beautiful too. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly and quick. If you’re in Pembroke and craving a great breakfast or brunch, I definitely recommend trying their French toast. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is my first time coming to eat here since last summer with my father. I unfortunately didn’t get to eat here today, because I was never served. I came in solo, and was promptly seated in the very back corner. Five minutes go by, the table beside me clears out. Another few minutes go by and the table fills up. Shortly after, a waitress comes and takes their order. Yet another few minutes go by of me making eye contact with staff trying to get their attention, and seeing other tables being waited on. After a little over 20 minutes of this, I walked out. The food I’ve had here in the past was great, same with the service. I understand the restaurant is busy, but that’s no excuse to forget about me, serve guests that came in after me and are literally three feet away from me first, and then continue to ignore me. I don’t think I’ll be back for a long while.

A great place for breakfast meetings. Just book well in advance for a large group. I wish the coffee was better. Weak and bitter. It should be as good as the fast food chains. Just sayin.

My husband and I visit Stacked Pancake House in Pembroke once a week. We enjoy the food, atmosphere and most importantly our waitress, Jen. Jen always has a smile on her face and makes all customers feel welcome. She provides exceptional service to us and everyone she serves. Jen is the reason we keep coming back :)

All around its good food and good service. $10 plus tax and tip gets you a filling breakfast. They heap the potatoes, but sometimes they have an oily taste. Ketchup and pepper kill the taste.

I had a wonderful experience at Stacked Breakfast & Pancake House, and our server Maya made it even better! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked in at the perfect times and had such a warm, welcoming attitude.

So food is amazing but should come with a warning .... bring a friend the pancakes are HUGE and you will need help finishing them off ! so 8/4/2025 I had an amazing meal here in the Pembroke location however that's not why I'm writing this. One of your staff was amazing when she came over to our table she noticed that I sign I'm Deaf and use sign language to communicate and while she mentioned that she was a bit out of practice she tried her best. First time I felt comfortable ordering in a long time because the server understood a bit. Only info I got was she was a student of Trent U ... Amazing service. Have gone back many times never ever disappointed with the service or the food !
