I just ordered 2 for 1 deal on doordash, the butter chicken bro bowl, my bowls has literally 3 small chicken pieces an inch size…. I have never received a bowl with this little chicken before. This is really not okay….. there is also half the amount of rice….. i buy from spice bros often so i know the portions, very disappointing !

Worst paneer bros bowl I have ever eaten use to eat spice bros bowl all the time but this one was worst they put a very little butter sauce almost nothing and the patotos were extra salty which changed all the taste of the bowl .

In Dec 2025 while they still have the 50% off offer on a butter chicken bro bowl, with Naan. I paid 11.49 for it. However they gave me a mini bowl instead of bro bowl, and with Naan. Upon receipt of the bowl, they confirm this was the right size. 15 minutes later, a white guy came and ordered a bro bowl, his bowl was about 2 times bigger. I asked them again and they said because mine was 50% off so the bowl is smaller. Indeed the board said 50% off for bro bowl. On the menu 9.95 for mini bowl and $15.95 for bro bowl, and Naan is 2.89. I was charged 9.99 plus tax, no idea how they came up with that amount. I should have the bro bowl plus 2 Naan, instead of a mini bowl plus 1 Naan. Reducing the size while calling it 50% off is deception. Also bought the Chai separately but the cup was not fully filled. Called on Dec 13 and Jan 11. No reply so far.

I'm very sorry you received a smaller bowl, an incorrect charge, an underfilled chai and no timely response; that falls short of our standards and we want to make it right. Please send your order date and receipt to the store or reply here so we can refund or replace the items, review the 50% offer signage and staff training, and follow up personally to prevent this happening again.

The food is really good but staff should be wearing hair nets…. That’s my only complaint as I’ve found hair in my food twice

Stopped by Spicebros and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and came out fast. Everything tasted great and the quality was noticeable. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back again. Marché Desi Mandi :))

SpiceBros in Côte-des-Neiges is a true gem for Indian food lovers! The samosas were absolutely delicious, and the roll was bursting with flavor – it really felt like comforting, homemade food. The chai was decent and could be a bit stronger, but considering the prices, it’s excellent value. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I genuinely loved the experience – a cozy spot that gives you that “home-cooked” feeling. Highly recommend!

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time at Spicebros. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and the food was really delicious. We got the butter chicken frankie roll and it was full of flavours. We would definitely be coming back again.
