As someone who worked in the industry, I’ve been lucky to eat at many establishments. this is the slowest service and worst food expo or arguably any place I have ever been to. Other people are getting their food that ordered 30 minutes after us. It took us 1hr and 25 minutes to get our food after it was ordered, we weren’t offered any complimentary desert or maybe even a free drink. Terrible management and a run down operation. Utter embarrassment.

You know if i need to compare where the BEST souvlaki bar in town or in the city is that would be so easy in St Jean where everything is PERFECT and they deserve a good 20 on 10 plus they represent well their logo JE SUIS FRESH because it is they are NOT lying about it FRESH products all day everyday 🙌🏾👍🏽 and they REALLY RESPECT their customers needs And also RESPECT what they serving them Helen and Jimmy and Cristina and Angelo are the DREAM TEAM partners we NEED to run the PERFECT restaurant business 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 me and my boyfriend Mimi and Jason are and will ALWAYS STAY LOYAL to that souvlaki bar in ST JEAN SUR RICHELIEU on Douglas street and to the staff running it 👏🏽🙌🏾🙏🏾 Guys BELIEVE me when i say if you want to spend good money this is the place simply because they GIVE YOU for your money 😀we’ve been going there for many years now and we ain’t about to stop now !!! This is the place to be people DON’T MISS IT 👍🏽🙌🏾👏🏽

I walked in at a time when the place was completely empty—no customers, just the owner and the waitress standing at the front by the cashier. I said hi, politely. The owner looked me dead in the eye… then turned his head and went right back to what he was doing, like I didn’t exist. I asked, “Is anyone available to serve me?” The waitress barely acknowledged me, just pointed toward the same man who had just ignored me. I asked again, “Can I order something? Or am I disturbing?” Same reaction—nothing. Silence. No words. Not even a fake smile. Just pure dismissal. I left. No order. No service. No respect. This wasn’t bad service it; was anti-service. And if that’s how the owner treats people when he has zero customers, it says everything you need to know about this business.
