Sour Bites are incredible! The perfect mix of sour and sweet with an amazing chewy texture. Honestly one of the best sour candies I’ve ever had — totally addictive! 🍬 They are on fireeeee🔥🔥🔥

I got the dubai chocolate cup from sour bites, it tasted really weird it didn’t taste like pistachio at all but coconuts and i’m very allergic to coconuts so i observed closer and saw that there are shredded coconuts amongst the kataifi . I called and asked if there was coconuts in the pistachio and the man told me yes. I proceeded to ask them to stop doing that because of allergies obviously and because it’s called dubai PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE for a reason and there is no reason at all to put coconuts inside of it like hello? He tells me that i should let them know that im allergic to coconuts or anything else before ordering but i think thats really dumb i shouldn’t even be doing that in the first place there should be no coconuts in it. Mind you it was very disgusting it tasted nasty. Too overhyped they think they can do whatever they want.
i ordered dubai chocolate cup, and they put coconut inside, without telling me or asking me i dont even like coocnut , and i called them and they said i was supposed to tell then, but they aren't supposed to even put coconuts in a dubai chocolate cup ITS DUBAI CHOCOLATE NOT COCONUT CHOCOLATE.
edit: i love their dubai chewy mochi!! im so glad its my craving i tried the candied grapes, pretty good just not mindblowing. its a very one time thing, will probably try the other items later on. it is quite expensive for what it is, cant say its worth the hype but everyone should try it atleast once great service though and the workers give amazing explanations on what is what.

Paid 7$ for a 'latte'. Not sure what justified this price. It was one of those programmed machines where the employee just pushes a button, so not a real espresso drink 💔. It basically tasted like milk and half the cup was empty as well. They also dont offer flavoured hot lattes despite offering flavoured cold lattes?

Overpriced, overpriced and VERY underwhelming. Everything was frozen, you couldn’t even bite into the tangulu. Super expensive for what it is, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
ordered from sour bites on Uber Eats about an hour ago I’m extremely disappointed I found a piece of plastic stuck on to my lavashak could’ve been a huge health hazard for a kid luckily I bit right into it so I noticed.sour bites do better and please tell your workers to take time to check if there’s any foreign object in the orders I’m so dissapointed and Uber Eats didn’t even resolve the issue.
My order was cancelled on three separate occasions.
