It took over an hour to get our delivery. We are three streets away and it was a Monday night. Order at 18:52 and received at 20:05. Our plates were cold. I mean cold. Not lukewarm or warm. We called twice. Once 45 minutes after the order and were told it wouldn’t be long. Once more when we received to mention it was cold and were told they would call back after speaking with the delivery man. They never called back.
