We went at a time which was very empty. The service was amazing. Loved the crispy bowl and the regular shawarma. Would recommend!

One of the worst restaurant service experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers, and the overall attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Going to a restaurant should be an enjoyable experience, not a frustrating one. Customers deserve basic respect, attention, and professionalism, none of which I felt I received here. Terrible service, terrible attitude, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service. Definitely not coming back.

I ordered four Chicken Fajitaz combos with garlic potatoes and garlic sauce, and the portions were generous, with stuffed sandwiches and a side that was far from an afterthought. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned, the garlic sauce tied everything together without drowning it, and the potatoes were crispy outside and soft inside. The food was also packed with real care, sealed securely with sauces kept separate, and the staff advised us to hold the sandwich properly since it's so loaded. Great value, big flavour, and thoughtful service. We'll definitely order again!

Tried it for the first time today. The first guy who talked to me was very welcoming spoke french and understood it. The second guy didn't understand a word in french so he tried to guess what I was saying.. want a fork? He asked... I was trying to tell him, it's my first time here, I hope it's good. Turns out, it's pretty horrible. I took a "chicken bowl"; the potatoes were very old and pretty much tasteless and very hard, like they were old. (no sign of garlic) The chicken tastes really weird and it’s dry, I understand why he asked me 3 times if I wanted a sauce on the chicken. I asked for lettuce and some salad dressing, I asked if he had something like armir has, he said yes, pointed to something, said something, put a huge amount on it. Turns out, it tastes nothing like Amir, and it's really, really bad. The rice also tastes weird so I ended up throwing away my meal. 20$ down the drain! I haven’t gone to an Amir in years since the quality and quantity went down. Looks like Shawarmaz will not replace that itch. A sandwich you buy at the gas station is better than this! People seem to say in the reviews the Laval one is better and tastes nothing like the Pointe-Claire one, you know what? I got screwed once by Shawarmaz, never again. If they want to give me a free plate to see what it's "supposed" to be, I'm willing to try, but I will never pay a dime for anything from this company unless I get a refund.

Shows open until 2am online. Arrived at 1am, employee told me it was closed and was very rude about it. Either change your closing time online or get better staff.

This is a review based on 4 consecutive uber orders with the same exact problem. 4 times we order a delivery to an office and we specify to include Utensils with the order and we never receive them. The first 3 times, we received no utensils at all and just today, the 4th time, we actually do receive the sealed red bag for utensils with only a knife in it. No spoon, no fork to use to eat our odered bowls. We have called you everytime to inform you of the situation and you always apologize and say it was by mistake and it won't happen again. I mean, come on guys, that is the 4th time, we order food to the office and we are forced to eat it later at home. Just remove the utensils option all together if you never respect the client's choice. Food is great, but we kind of had enough and unfortunately, we will no longer be ordering at all from a place we like a lot.

Hands down the best shawarma I’ve had in Montreal! They’re consistently fresh, with high-quality ingredients and amazing flavour. Skip Amir and Boustan’s—once you try this place, you won’t want shawarma anywhere else!

Everything was absolutely delicious! We ordered the beef shawarma, chicken shawarma, beet salad, tabbouleh, and coleslaw, and everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I really loved the atmosphere and the vibes of the place—it was clean, cozy, and nicely organized. We truly enjoyed everything and would definitely come back again! ❤️
