It was given dry pita from the night before. When I politely said the pita was not good and threw it in the garbage, the guy got angry at me and said they “normally charge” for it. Charge for old, dry, inedible bread? Seriously? This was not my fault. Customers should not be served food that’s clearly not fresh, and then be blamed for it. The attitude was just as bad as the food. I am never going back to Shawarmaz. There is a much better place about 100 meters away — Boustan. Better food, better quality, better service. I will always recommend Boustan instead. Save your money and your time.

The plates were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor and perfectly seasoned.The restaurant was very clean, and the service was fast and friendly. The staff made sure everything was perfect, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality.If you love mediterranean food, this is definitely a must-try spot! 🔥

The manager was very impolite no manners does not respect people. He did not even introduce himself. Was the worst person ive ever spoken to in a public restaurant. And he gave a firm gaze like he was into something. I would not recommend because of him. The lady in the counter was respectful and well mannered . I was a handling a delivery which is understandable if they dont allow me to take the order having forgotten the bag. They would allow one and not two which is ironic and also no mention for bag mandatory on the uber platfrom from the store. I will accept that bein my mistake for not bringing it. however the way he spoken to me. I have never seen it in this 2 years working with uber that i had to report it. I will never forget this encounter and frankly i will never go to shawarmaz because of this This happened yesterday at night at 8 pm approximately
