Is it a 5 star or a Michelin star restaurant what is it ?? How does it justified the price of 29$ for such a small bowl of swarma. Simply pathetic and scam. On top of that no cutlery 🍴 no tissues. Literally nothing even when the address of delivery is of a hotel.

What we got is totally different than the photo. This was supposed to be Mixed Mashawi which. The photo has 2 types of Mashawi (kebab) and 2 types of Shawarma. For $69.99 plus tax fast food, we got lots of rice and fries 🍟 with weird thin mashawi, no chicken stew, and no meat Shawarma. Very disappointing. I wish they would have at least explained the situation when I ordered or at least reduced the price a bit (I did not order online and paid in the store). I don't think I will go there again. See photo. Lots of salad, rice, and fries and compare with the actual photo of the order. Note 1: The Shawarma option is $54.99 so $15 less expensive. Initially, the owner thought that's what I wanted but then I said no the other one Mashawi where he said it is $69.99. Note 2: He didn't say no, we don't have this or that. He proceeded based on his assumption that adding more salads will cover for the missing kfta and meat Shawarma! Note 3: They told me it takes 15 minutes. And it took 20 minutes which is fine. We waited. No complaints there. Note 4: For fairness, I added the photo so people be the judge.

Nous vous avons également suggéré une option avec viande de type turque, que vous avez refusée. Malgré cela, nous avons tout de même ajouté davantage de poulet ainsi qu’une portion de brochette kefta pour vous satisfaire. Et je vous ai priorisé à d'autre commande reçue avant vous! Il est donc décevant de lire un commentaire négatif, surtout que la quantité servie était généreuse et qu’il restait même de quoi faire un autre repas. Notre priorité reste toujours la satisfaction de nos clients, et nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour offrir un bon service et une bonne qualité. Nous restons toutefois ouverts à vous accueillir de nouveau et à vous offrir une meilleure expérience. Revenez je vous rembourse votre argent. Le propriétaire.

Not sure if this is just evening service and the food’s been sitting out longer, but this was not good. I got a trio - chicken shawarma and fries. The fries were very soggy and looked old. it looked like they just reheated day old fries in oil. The chicken was super dry and unseasoned. And the sandwich fell apart in my hands. The server was very nice but was handling food, the debit machine and his phone without washing his hands in between.

Had a great experience at Shawarma and Plus Shop! We ordered 2 chicken burgers and a shawarma. The chicken patties were really nice and tasted delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful — definitely a must-try place. My kid tried shawarma for the first time and absolutely liked it, which made the experience even better. The guy there was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Don't let the high ratings fool you. The food is honestly terrible. I went for the beef shawarma, but it turns out they don't even serve it on Saturdays. They tried to tell me they were 'sold out,' which felt like a total rip-off.

I never leave reviews but I beg everyone to go try this place out. I have tried a lot of shawarma places and very few compare. The gentlemen were very sweet and welcoming to me and the food is super flavorful, the meat is tender yet crispy and the sauces are a 10/10. Packing with flavor. The portions are also very generous, well worth the price. I had enough for 2 meals with the mixed plate. I would definitely go back, it's a must try!!! Thank you again to the three gentlemen. It's lovely to find local family run style businesses that hit the spot.

as an Uber driver, it's rare that I ever get a chance to sample the food of restaurants I pick up orders at, but the service at this place was so great and hospitable that the owner – Ben – gave me a small portion of french fries to test after a wonderful conversation about the food he offers and how his business is doing in regards to where It is located. Judging only by the taste of those fries, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix between diner-style deep fried savouriness and the traditional Shawarma all around the Ottawa area that we know and love. The owner was also too nice for me not to write the review along these lines. Give them a try!

I was just passing by and ordered two large wraps. The owner saw I wasn’t a regular and probably assumed I wouldn’t be coming back, so the shawarma wraps I got were unusually small.

The food is pretty good. There are alot of options to choose from. But above everything else, the service is impressive. The chefs are super nice and friendly, they care about if you’re in a rush or not and will ajust their pace on that basis. Great experience overall.
