Very Disappointed, came to try the viral saj chicken crispy, only to pay extra to get the regular pita chicken instead! When questioned, their reply was “oh its the same thing” No its not. Its not fair for the customers to pay almost 1.50$ extra to get the “Saj Chicken” option when they are all getting the basic pita Bread that is slightly toasted and called “crispy Sandwhich” I am simply saying that its not right for this business to overcharge their customers just because its viral, only to give them what they did not order. This should be revised and the staff should know how to assess a situation like this.

If i can give this a zero i would . I wasted 1hour of my afternoon. Very disappointed. I paid extra for the Saj Chicken Crispy and was given a regular pita chicken instead. When I asked, the staff said “it’s the same thing,” which is simply not true. Charging more for something you don’t actually serve is unacceptable. This needs to be corrected. In the end it tasted like a pita i would get at amir 2/10$ and they would of toasted it for me as well for 0$ and i would of got the food in 15min . This business is stealing from people and charging to toast the pita. Unacceptable

the quantity was very small and the Saj sandwich was soft. What you see in Tiktok videos looks completely different.
