Today i went on there restaurant and the food was really very tasty i was feeling like i’m really eating my meal is made by my mom every indian family must visit here and enjoy a best indian meal and the service of food is also very amazing…!

Total Disappointment – Fake Ratings & Pathetic Service "I was completely misled by the high ratings. Visiting Shandaar Cuisine for their Iftar buffet was a terrible mistake. Despite the $30+ per person cost, there was no actual buffet spread. We were told food would be served at the table, but it took 30 minutes just for two naans to arrive. The Karahi chicken followed 20 minutes later and was just a tasteless bowl of tiny, bony pieces. When we asked about the rest of the meal, they begrudgingly brought small, unappetizing portions of biryani, chole, butter chicken, kebab and pakora. The food quality was so poor it literally caused nausea. Worst of all, when we called ahead, they urged us to 'hurry up,' yet when everyone complained, the owner simply blamed a lack of staff. If I could give zero stars, I would. Beware—do not trust the hype."

Dear Suranjana, Thank you for your feedback. As our team explained many times, we normally have a full buffet. However, you arrived about an hour and a half after Iftar, and by that time the buffet area was already full. To still serve you, we offered you a table and continued bringing the food to you. When you called before coming, we asked you to come quickly because we were already full and only one table was left. We clearly explained that seating is first-come, first-served. That evening three of our staff members called off at the last minute. We informed all our customers that service might be slower than usual and apologized for the delay. Even with a full house, our team worked very hard to serve everyone. It is not fair to call our reviews fake or our service pathetic. Our team works very hard to earn the positive reviews from our customers. In fact, if the reviews were fake, you would not even have been able to post your review here. Also, you were not charged the full buffet price of $30.99+taxes. You were charged only $25. We always try our best to serve every guest and appreciate the many customers who continue to support us. Had a wonderful family dinner at Shaandar Cuisine and it truly lived up to its name! 🍽️ The food was absolutely; rich, hearty Pakistani flavours that felt homestyle and authentic. From the aromatic curries to the perfectly cooked meat dishes, everything was prepared with love and care. The restaurant had a great family-friendly atmosphere — comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a get-together. What made the evening even better was the attentive and friendly service. The staff were courteous and made sure our family was well looked after throughout the meal. If you're craving genuine Pakistani cuisine and a warm dining experience, Shaandar Cuisine is the place to be in Montreal. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs! 😄 Highly recommended — we will definitely be back for more!

We ordered the BBQ mixed grill to share between 4 of us which was awesome. I had the Boneless Shandaar Chicken Karai which was full of flavour, not as spicy as described but tasted amazing. Service was great and very friendly. A little on the slow side considering we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time but the food was worth the wait The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night when we walked in which is always slightly worrying but they definitely deserve to very busy. The food speaks for itself Lots of room in the restaurant, perfect for big groups! Highly reccomend paying them a visit
