Hello, We went there last night with a reservation made two weeks in advance for our daughter’s 17th birthday, which had already been specified in the reservation. The service was very slow; the main course arrived an hour and a half later, and the plates were cold. On top of that, we received a different dish from what we had ordered. The nachos were burnt and stuck to the plate. In the end, we paid and left quickly because we were very disappointed. They insisted on removing two drinks from the final bill to apologize, but that wasn’t the point—it wasn’t about the money, as our evening had already been ruined. We paid and left, still leaving a tip. There wasn’t even a small candle to mark the occasion, even though I had mentioned upon arrival that it was our daughter’s birthday and that we didn’t have much time. This was our first time at this restaurant. Two weeks ago, we went to Shaker Saint-Jérôme, where we had an excellent dining experience.
