I always order from seranos and we love them but tonight absolutely disgusted on how I was sent 6 MONTHS OLD MAYONNAISE!!!!!!! The texture and the smell through me off asap!!! Not to mention being 6 month pregnant, this can seriously get someone sick!!!! Thank god I did not eat any or have it on my sandwich

One of my all time favorite restaurants, a true gem in LaSalle. I have been going there for as long as I can remember and my parents since it t has opened. Never loses quality, every meal is delicious

This was my first and last time ordering from this place. The menu is misleading. I ordered the filet of sole with fries, which looked like a fish and chips combo in the picture. However, when I received my order, it came with hard rice (barely two spoonfuls), one small piece of fish, and the rest of the plate was filled with raw purple cabbage and lettuce tomatoes purple onions just a big old salad i basically did not ask for. When I called to address the issue, the owner said he didn’t know who posted the picture of the fish (filet of sole) and fries on the website and that they don’t actually serve it that way. That’s very disappointing and unprofessional. Absolutely not. My order was made online and it was my first time ordering. How was I supposed to know that what’s shown in the picture is not what I was actually going to receive? I was only told about the picture being “different” after I called to complain about the order. The fries were the only thing you were willing to do for me, and of course I accepted because I had a child waiting and expecting fries. That said, this situation still doesn’t make sense. If the picture does not represent what customers will receive, then it should be corrected so future clients are not misled.

The food is great every time i come here! The service is great and the ambiance is really comfy! I would recommend any day of the week.
