Amazing food and amazing service from the staff! Absolutely obsessed with this breakfast spot! The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, you can tell they really care about the experience.

Great breakfast spot! We were greeted right away when we walked in and given a buzzer while waiting for a table, which was super practical and thoughtful. The food was fresh, really good and came out fast. All the staff were incredibly kind and courteous. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we’d come back to. 😊

Our first time visit was very pleasant with our server Sophie, and the owner Mano. It was beyond business, we felt really taken care of. The food is simple, but the quality is there. I usually don’t eat sandwiches, but the four-sandwich platter in this restaurant (KingKong Club) was an exception. For an affordable price, it has different varieties of meat. The fruits included in our plates were all fresh, unlike what you often get at corporate-owned breakfast restaurants. The entire place was clean and visually pleasing. It has an old-fashioned charm—the kind of space where you’d simply want to sit, relax, and spend time. We will definitely come back again. :))

I really don't understand why this place has nearly 5 stars with so many reviews. It was alright but there are so many better options out there. Food was average, vibe and decor was similar to a cheap diner, and service was super rushed. I got the vibe that they want you to rush and eat to get out for a higher turnover. Portions are HUGE and the service is FAST so if that's what you're looking for, this is your spot. This is not the place for a relaxing brunch with friends though 😅

When serving clients they expect 1-fast service 2-big portions 3-good quality 4-good prices…You mentioned you found our food mediocre where sorry about that… (we have a very BIG MENU)so there’s a variety of dishes to choose from.Our dishes do come quick ALWAYS so im sorry you felt rushed (but there’s is no rush)Our restaurant is a great place for friends and family’s.We hope you give us another chance Have a great day and thank you

Best breakfast restaurant in Laval. Service is excellent, it’s worth the wait if there’s a line up. I heavily recommend it. I bring all my friends here when they visit from Toronto and they all love it. Also Mano is the sexiest restaurateur in the city.

I was visiting from Florida. My family lives in Laval. My cousin actually recommended it to me in October that was my first time and then just a week ago, it was my second time. The service is great. The food is delicious. Once you order. It comes out within five minutes.. Don’t usually do reviews, but this place deserves a positive review.. Now every time I visit Laval, I’ll make it a point to stop there at least once for breakfast

Absolutely the best breakfast and lunch spot in Montreal and Laval, by far! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The food was absolutely scrumptious, and the portions were incredibly generous. I had the AAA sirloin steak and 3 eggs plate, which also comes with sliced tomatoes, a huge serving of potatoes, two toasts, and baked beans. All for $22.95. What a steal! This same plate would easily cost anywhere from $30 to $35 elsewhere. The service was equally amazing. George, our waiter, was quick, efficient, personable, and very attentive. I will definitely ask for him next time I visit. The owner, Mano, is a truly motivating leader and was actively helping his team in the dining room. It’s refreshing to see such a hands-on and involved owner. You can really feel the positive energy throughout the restaurant. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Sel , Poivre et Pomme last Saturday we waited a little bit to enter but it was worth it. Mary, our waitress, was incredibly smiley, welcoming, and attentive, and the speed of service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing truly wow! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
