AMAZING breakfast/brunch spot. As good as my Italian sausage omelet was, the true star of the show was the Reese's waffle. That's the best damn waffle I've had in my entire life and whichever one is second is very distant. That alone is worth coming here (I think I'm still coming down the high from it 😅 ). I'd be remiss if I didn't talk about my waitress, Sophie. It's no secret, I've said it before: no matter how good the food is, the experience can be made even more unforgettable by the right waiter or waitress and Sophie 100% did that for me. Her service was awesome and you can't put a price on being able to cap off a meal with an actually fun conversation. 10/10 place. THAT was breakfast.

We went for the first time yesterday, and the place really lived up to its reputation… Absolutely delicious food at incredibly reasonable prices and the service was super quick. Staff were also super warm and efficient! Will definitely be coming back.

10/10 home-style food! Waaaay better than large food chains & quantities are great alongside the quality. The owner is very hospitable, and the service is very quick. Overall an amazing experience! Thank you Mano! Will definitely be back soon!

Hands down the best breakfast restaurant in Laval!! Not only is the food great quality but the prices are great as well. The staff and owners are second to none. Do yourself a favour and go check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a beautiful breakfast experience at Sel et Poivre with my niece. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth (and coffee—always a win!). The space is super cute and full of charm, with cozy décor that makes you want to linger. What really made our visit special was Mano—an absolute gem. He was sweet, attentive, and effortlessly charming, making the whole experience feel personal and fun. And the frappé? Easily one of the best I’ve had in Montreal—perfectly made and so refreshing. Such a lovely spot with amazing service. We’ll definitely be back ❤️

We had such a great experience at this brunch spot! The highlight for us was our waitress Marie. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to guide us through the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and we’re so glad we followed her advice. I highly recommend this place for the friendly service and the fantastic food. We’ll definitely be back!
