Was excited to eat here based on all the 5 star reviews. Sadly the food was below average. My friend had the smoked meat sandwich which was underwhelming and the grilled cheese was just ok. The potatoes were yummy and the coffee was good and hot and refilled often. The waitress was super friendly. Won’t return, will go to my usual Allo Mon Coco.

The food was amazing, Service was so good and very welcoming environment. So happy that Mano was there, he made the experience amazing. I would recommend coming here 100%!

Was visiting from outta town this morning and was recommended this restaurant. It did not disappoint and I highly recommend! Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Service was impeccable. Our waiter was great and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. On our way out Mano cheered my daughter up after Canada’s defeat against USA and made us his famous frappes on the house! I will definitively make it a habit to stop by for breakfast each time I’m in town.

My first experience at sel poivre pomme and I loved my experience.The staff was friendly and welcoming .Mano made the whole experience even better with his great sense of humour.Food was fresh and perfectly presented.I recommend & I will for sure be going back .

10/10 – Best Breakfast in Town!This is hands down the best breakfast place in town. The food is always fresh, absolutely delicious, and consistently amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they make you feel right at home every time.I refuse to go anywhere else for breakfast. I’m a picky eater, and I honestly have no problem ordering anything off the menu — that says a lot!I highly recommend the sel, poivre et pommes — perfection every time. I’ve even brought friends from out of town, and they’re willing to make the four-hour drive just to come back for breakfast here.Highly, highly recommended!

Great breakfast spot! We were greeted right away when we walked in and given a buzzer while waiting for a table, which was super practical and thoughtful. The food was fresh, really good and came out fast. All the staff were incredibly kind and courteous. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we’d come back to. 😊

Our first time visit was very pleasant with our server Sophie, and the owner Mano. It was beyond business, we felt really taken care of. The food is simple, but the quality is there. I usually don’t eat sandwiches, but the four-sandwich platter in this restaurant (KingKong Club) was an exception. For an affordable price, it has different varieties of meat. The fruits included in our plates were all fresh, unlike what you often get at corporate-owned breakfast restaurants. The entire place was clean and visually pleasing. It has an old-fashioned charm—the kind of space where you’d simply want to sit, relax, and spend time. We will definitely come back again. :))

I really don't understand why this place has nearly 5 stars with so many reviews. It was alright but there are so many better options out there. Food was average, vibe and decor was similar to a cheap diner, and service was super rushed. I got the vibe that they want you to rush and eat to get out for a higher turnover. Portions are HUGE and the service is FAST so if that's what you're looking for, this is your spot. This is not the place for a relaxing brunch with friends though 😅

When serving clients they expect 1-fast service 2-big portions 3-good quality 4-good prices…You mentioned you found our food mediocre where sorry about that… (we have a very BIG MENU)so there’s a variety of dishes to choose from.Our dishes do come quick ALWAYS so im sorry you felt rushed (but there’s is no rush)Our restaurant is a great place for friends and family’s.We hope you give us another chance Have a great day and thank you
