I’ve been coming here for breakfast with my family and I haven’t had the same thing twice. Everything is always spot on.
Me and my friend went to eat there today, we left the place with a full stomach and a full smile! This is our go to spot all the time. Amazing food, service, price and staff. Great experience!
Mano is a gem, the employees are extremely polite, efficient and respectful. there is NO DEBATE that this is the best breakfast/brunch restaurant in Laval.

I had such a beautiful breakfast experience at Sel et Poivre with my niece. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth (and coffee—always a win!). The space is super cute and full of charm, with cozy décor that makes you want to linger. What really made our visit special was Mano—an absolute gem. He was sweet, attentive, and effortlessly charming, making the whole experience feel personal and fun. And the frappé? Easily one of the best I’ve had in Montreal—perfectly made and so refreshing. Such a lovely spot with amazing service. We’ll definitely be back ❤️
We had such a great experience at this brunch spot! The highlight for us was our waitress Marie. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to guide us through the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and we’re so glad we followed her advice. I highly recommend this place for the friendly service and the fantastic food. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is actually really good and I USED to love coming here. But today I went and there was a lady at the table across from me changing her baby’s diaper on the bench of the booth. Mind you, there is a changing table in the bathroom. I could not believe that was happening, the health hazard is insane… No one stopped her and the poop particles probably spread all the way to my food :( Disgusting.
The owner/manager and the waitress was so nice to us. Impeccable service and the food was amazing too. 10/10

Best breakfast place in Laval. The food is always excellent and fresh. Best prices in laval. 20$ a person and the portions are very generous. Always friendly service and the owner Manos is always smiling. Accommodated us for 20 ppl very quickly. Love this place!!! Do yourself a favour and visit this place
Me and my family always have an amazing experience here. This is our go to spot, it never disappoints! From the minute you walk in the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and the service is top notch. If you're looking for a breakfast place with good food at great prices don't look any further, this is the place for you.
My kids took me here today for my birthday the place is GREAT!! but I have to say my server his name was George No words to describe the service he gave us just WOOOOW thank you so much!! hope he is recognized by his boss 😍 the food was AMAZING and the portions are overflowing in the plate for what you pay now this place know how to feed their customers, I raise my hat to the owner 🙏🏼 thank you to everyone ❤️

Not only is the service incredibly fast, but the food is just as impressive. The menu is full of unique options you won’t find anywhere else, and the atmosphere feels warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. I’ll always recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!!! We stopped in after our weekend hockey tournament looking for some good breakfast. Geo was amazing !!! He’s so talented and personal. Takes a really special person to be busy but still make you feel like your his only priority !! We’re in the area a lot for hockey tournaments. We’ll be back !! 10 stars for Geo if I could !!n
A very good place for amazing breakfast. We went here on a Sunday morning and it was pretty much packed. Since we were only two people, we got the table a bit easily. We went for a Chateau Chambord combo and a Spinach, Shallots, Feta Victorian Crepe. Pretty much everything was great. Not a fan of almonds on a half waffle. Coffee was good as well. The staff was nice and friendly. The parking is a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza and very limited spots, so on a busy day it might be challenging to find one. Definitely recommended!
