Ordered the large option, with sides of bucket of crawfish,sausage, egg. The calamari was rubbery, quantity for crawfish underwhelming, the sauce had no flavor, garlic side sauces not enough for quantity of the order. The corn over cooked.

Our seafood, including crawfish, is served by weight rather than by piece count, so quantities may vary in appearance depending on the size of the seafood. We are also disappointed to hear that some items did not meet your expectations. Regarding the calamari, it is made of dense, pure protein that can toughen quickly after cooking. During takeout and delivery, the residual heat and moisture trapped inside the container may continue to cook the squid while also steaming the breading. Unfortunately, this can cause a crispy, tender appetizer to become softer or develop a rubbery texture by the time it is consumed. We also appreciate your comments regarding the corn, sauce flavor, and garlic sauce portions. My server Gabby was amazing! She was very accommodating and had a very positive attitude. She helped me choose what to order, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Shoutout to her - will DEFINITELY be coming back. Ask for Gaby!

My mother really wanted to try this place, so the four of us decided to go. When we arrived, it wasn’t even that busy, but the waitress kept saying she’d come to our table and people who arrived after us were served first. Eventually she came over, gave us water, and we decided to order the family bucket since there were four of us. It was extremely expensive for what we got. The food took forever to arrive, and during that time we ended up pouring our own water because nobody checked on us. Even then, the water pitcher only gave us about half a cup each, and the waitress never came back to ask if we needed refills or if everything was okay. When the food finally arrived, it was honestly disgusting. We only had one sauce, Sota’s crab sauce, and it completely overpowered everything with the same flavor. To make matters worse, both my father and I got sick afterwards with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. My father thought maybe it was something else, so the next day he ate some leftover potatoes and crab legs from the meal, and once again ended up sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea. On top of that, while we were trying to eat, the waitress was right beside our table dumping large amounts of garbage and refilling bins, which was really unpleasant to watch during a meal. Overall, the experience was terrible. The food was disgusting, the prices were way too high for the quality, and the service was very disappointing. I would never go back to the point where it ruined seafood for me for awhile. Gross.

Same seafood deal compare to captain boil but the sauce here is not as co distant nor flavourful. Shrimps seems to be smaller in size . Fried calamari was descent good size and much better than most restaurants but compare to Marvin’s in Montreal still not tender enough. Yet, still a 4/5.

This was my first and certainly not my last visit to the Pointe-Claire location of Seau de Crabe, and I am amazed, to say the least. From the service, to the freshness of the food, to the professionalism, everything contributed to an exceptional experience. In particular, Gaby stood out for her outstanding service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience.

Amazing food, and the services was really good my wife and I got Gaby as our server and she made my date 100% better. She recommended us the seau de crabe mix and It was really tasty. Would reallt recommend and if you get Gaby as your server your experience will be even better!!
