The shrimp were good, the clams were overcooked and was very disappointed with the three inch crawfish which had tail meat half the size of your pinky nail.Had to try it to know,Next!

Headline: Unacceptable Service & Insulting $3 Resolution on a $118 Order "I spent $118 on a takeout order at Seau de Crabe, and unfortunately, the experience was a major disappointment. They completely forgot the rice—a staple for a seafood boil—and when I called to resolve it, I was offered a measly $3. For an order this expensive, that is an insulting response. Worse, they suggested they would only give me the missing rice if I ordered through Uber next time. Expecting a customer to pay for a new delivery and service fees just to get what was already paid for is a scam. Between the mediocre food and the horrible customer service, I cannot recommend this place. I am still waiting for a proper refund for the missing items and the poor handling of this situation."

Very disappointing experience with the pickup order. We found a piece of foil in our food, which is completely unacceptable and raises a food safety and quality control. My 7 year old son saw it in his plate and was about to take it, this might have caused health issues. When we reached out the service is poor and our concerns weren't taken seriously. The manager was unhelpful and difficult to communicate in English nor French, which made resolving the issue more difficult. Overall I am very disappointed. I expected more care, professionalism and accountability.

The best server at Seau de crabe is by far Gabby. She’s a very nice young lady, she was very sweet and understanding when we had an order mix up. If you guys go, I hope you get the chance to meet Gabby, 10/10 costumer service. I’m really satisfied with my night.

Wow, the food was extremely delicious me and my friend were completely stunned! Gabby was the most extraordinary, helpful, kind and generous server. If you go there and you have gabby serving you I guarantee you’ll have the best food and service ever! Everything was perfect thanks to gabby and the experience was unforgettable! Gabby if you’re reading this I love you thank you for the drinks and the food you will be seeing me every month!! 10/10 would recommend and I am totally satisfied!

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at this Sceau de Crabe! Not only was the food tasty, the service was absolutely on point. Our server, Gaby, made our experience 10 times better. She answered our questions perfectly, helped us with our choices, and generally made our experience here more enjoyable. Will definitely come back not only for the great food but for the absolutely incredible service, which is rare to find these days!

I had an amazing experience at Le Seau de Crabes, and a big part of it was thanks to our waitress Gabby. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. She made sure we were comfortable, explained the menu clearly, and checked in on us at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. Gabby’s positive attitude and energy really stood out. She made the whole dining experience feel fun and relaxed while still providing top-notch service. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so friendly and so efficient at the same time. Our food came out great, and Gabby made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. If you visit Le Seau de Crabes, I highly recommend asking for Gabby, she’s fantastic and made our night even better!
