I gave 3 stars only because the food was okay. Unfortunately, the service was really cold and slow. Two girls were chatting the whole time, going back and forth to the kitchen and staying there for a long time. At one point, I even had to knock because no one was coming, and she looked annoyed that I interrupted her. When she finally came, she put the stuff on the table with no smile, no warmth, and when I said thank you, she didn’t even reply. What bothered me more was that she seemed much nicer to the other table 🙂. It honestly felt like she was just trying to serve us quickly so she could go back to sit with her friend. It was my birthday and you ruined it thank you. They really need to work on the service.

I bought some takeout and very disappointed because the sauce which should be the heart of the food is just a small tiny box and not even enough for half bag of seafood. In other words, the rest of the bag is tasteless. The only thing I would recommend is their fries which is so crunchy. I would go back only for the fries and skip the expensive disappointing seafood.

Went there for a quick lunch today as I am an avid customer of this resto. Unfortunately today the lady seemed not to be in good mood to work. She was on the phone most of the time and the quality of her service is very poor. She never smile, very disrespectful and when we asked for additional rice and cup she just doesn’t care at all and had to repeat again, it's like we have to beg to get our order. This staff needs proper training for customer service. Truly disappointing.

The portions are very generous, and the seafood is fresh and tasty. We tried the shrimp and oyster bucket as well as the fish and chips, and everything was very good. The waiter, who was also the cashier, was very polite and friendly, but I can’t imagine the quality of the service when the place is crowded. In our experience, since we were the only customers there, it was fine. The restaurant is clean and located near Saint-Laurent, in a lively area with a great food vibe. If you are okay with the true smell of seafood, I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

I had such a wonderful evening at Seau de Crabe Restaurant 🦀✨ The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The seafood was incredibly fresh, especially the crab – absolutely delicious! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. You can really tell they care about their guests. If you love seafood and want a place with great vibes and amazing food, this restaurant is definitely worth visiting. I will happily come back again!

I would like to make a complaint about my recent order from your restaurant. First, you advertised a promotion saying “Buy one, get one free.” However, it looked like you simply split one portion into two smaller portions instead of giving a proper second meal. The quantity in each container was much smaller than expected. Second, the rice was undercooked and not prepared properly, which made it difficult to eat. Also, no utensils or gloves were included with the meals, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope you can look into this issue and improve the quality and service.

My husband and I dined there last week Jan. 22. We ordered the winter special and the food was amazing! It made us forget about the rude young lady/cashier. We asked her a simple question about the menu in a nice way but she acted sarcastic/rude... not welcoming at all. Half way, the place and our food became very cold.. not sure if the heating was on.
