My daughter went there last week and the waitress dropped some hot oil on her, which burned her and ruined her clothes. The waitress did not even apologise and was rude. The service and customer service was horrible. I would definitely not recommend.

We went as a group of 3 that normally goes to the Sherbrooke location. The 2 person platter is normally sufficient enough for us was a one person serving. Also we could let go of the small portion sizes but the service was extremely inattentive so we ended our night early and went home.

The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the seafood dishes, which were well-cooked and nicely presented. The portions were generous and worth the price. All reviews very unreliable. We were four people plates were served at a 10 minutes interval and the last plate was supposedly a shrimp salad, big bulb of white rice at the bottom of a carton bowl, mushy cold rice and 4 shrimps and very little salad. Mussels were old and rubbery and a bowl of white mushy cold rice and hard like a rock corn, did not eat, no tip, no service as we had to fetch for a server which all four on the floor had a nasty attitude. Do not waste your money at this plsce, West Island location so much better.
