The food was so so good, service was polite and welcoming. The food came in about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant itself is very fun and clean. Overall, my experience was 10 out of 10!

Went for my niece's birthday with my sister and brother in law. We ordered an extra lobster tail at 30$ to add to the boil. The waiter emptied the bag and just left without acknowledging us, no hello no smile, nothing. Other places add lemon all over the platter but he didn't bother didn't even talk to us. We then noticed we had nothing to break open the shells or the rods to push out the meat from the crab legs. We had to ask the waiter he then came back with scissors and cheap wooden rods unlike other locations that are metal. We then saw that the extra lobster tail we had ordered was not there. I mentioned it to the woman who took our order and she said she forgot and will get one ordered. We waited another 20 minutes to get it. She just put it on top of our platter with no sauce or anything on it. The platter was cold by then. My sister paid the bill and told me that the tip starting amount on the pad was 20% and even though she didn't like the service at all she still gave 20% tip and ordered a birthday dessert for her daughter. No one checked on us not even once the whole time we were there and left us with our tray and bucket of shells just sitting there long after we were done eating. The woman didn't even clear the table when she brought the cake and didn't bother to notice that my brother in law went to the washroom. She brought the cake with the candle and he missed it. She then placed it in front of my niece on the small space left on the table next to the dirty tray and was about to leave when I asked her to please clear the table. It's pretty obvious! Who wants to eat dessert with seafood shells and a tray of seafood sauce that was left but she was oblivious. Only when I asks did she pick up the tray but then left the bucket of shells. Continued to ignore us, I then called her over and asked her to please take the bucket she said she will send someone at that point I had enough and handed her the bucket and said please just take it so she did. Like how hard was that her hands were free so why call someone? Zero logic and horrible service. I then went to the counter to ask for an extra fork my niece wanted me to try her dessert the waitress started looking through a bag of wooden utensils while the metal ones were right behind her. I said can you please give me a metal one? She then gave me one. Why would I want a wooden one when I'm still in the restaurant it wasn't a to go order. Again no logic. I was a waitress for many years and I feel for people in the service industry however these two need real training they were lost or just didn't care they never once checked on us and forgot many things we were constantly chasing them to fix things. It was a frustrating experience. I will never go to that location again. We almost went to the one in the east end and regretted that we didn't. We know better for next time.

so weird restaurant there's no service no smile by the staff, so wierd ambiance ....... After to pay they ask for tip !?!?!? And their tip are illégale after the taxes . SO WIERD expérience ...

It was our first time to Seau de Crabe, the staff were so friendly; so helpful. In order to take the best decision, they offered us to taste all the 4 sauces they have. We ordered the special offer for the MOM’s day, The food was on a high high level, we enjoyed the food very much. I want to thank the Supervisor there, i believe she is from philippines; her customer service was exceptional and i want to thank all the staff that served us. I do recommend Seau de Crabe.
