My mind is blown in the worst possible way. Management needs to step in because I’ve never seen anything like this. It took 1.5 hours to get our food. At the one hour mark, I was asked what our order was. It then took another 30 minutes to receive the food. The bigger concern, however, was the cleanliness. We were surrounded by crab carcass for the entire duration of our crab graveyard experience. Every! Single! Table! had a bucket of seafood carcass medley sitting in the AC-free restaurant. I kept picking rice off of my phone screen cause no matter where I put it, it was unintentionally cleaning up the area I laid it on. My phone did a better job at cleaning up this restaurant!!!!!! I can understand it gets busy sometimes, but the restaurant was empty and the 2 employees were either on their phones or eating. I was also walking on a pathway of bibs to get to the washroom. A red carpet of bibs. I wasted half my crab meat because I couldn’t be more impatient to get out of there.
