Hands down the best shawarma I’ve had in Canada. We came from Toronto and tried their shish tawook sandwich with the plate. The most flavourful, delicious, and juiciest shawarma ever. Customer service was top notch and owner was extremely kind, sweet, and welcoming. One of the very few restaurants that you can completely trust them with your food. We ended up grabbing some sandwiches on our drive back before leaving. :)

This is an unassuming, simple restaurant on a busy street near the old city. The only reason I am giving this restaurant five (5) stars is because I cannot give it 6/5. Imen, the owner (and hostess and cashier and waitress) absolutely makes eating here an experience. She is kind and generous and a real people-person. My shish-taouk platter was the best I ever had, the presentation and the taste were amazing. My wife had the vegetarian platter with falafels and it was equally delicious...my wife and I like to eat here every time we visit Québec city.
The lamb tajin with prunes was very tasty. I highly recommend their mint tea. The atmosphere and service were excellent.
I came here for iftar during Ramadan after skipping two other restaurants because I wanted a Moroccan place. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food quality was good overall. However, the prices are too high, especially for the shabakia. One small piece costs $3.99 plus tax—I paid about $12 plus tax for just three pieces. In total, my iftar (a small couscous, one bowl of harira, three shabakia, and a small tea) cost around $70. I’m sorry, but that feels too expensive for the portion sizes. I hope you can consider reducing the prices.
I'm visiting from Toronto with my wife, wanted middle eastern food, I found this marrocan restaurant, initial impression on line was normal, but when arriving at the restaurant we changed our minds, I liked the middle eastern design although it's very simple, my wife was over whelmed, arabic music, the style and service, friendly staff and very welcoming, food is great and very good price too, I ordered the lamb shank and it was perfect with the sauce, my wife took the chicken cuscus ( a hint, it comes with little sauce as everyone likes it different ,so ask for more sauce of you want) So if any is in Quebec city and want a home similar food just put this restaurant first
Bonjour! Very thankful that our Airbnb was so close (right above!) to this place. They have delicious food, a relaxing atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. They have a wide variety of items that accommodated my wife's (vegan) and my (vegetarian) diets. The hot tea the server brought us while waiting for our Airbnb to be ready was 😋
Chicken Tadjin & Chicken Bastilla was amazing, I really enjoyed the food. The food deserves better service and better dining area.
Delicious food and warm welcome
I love the flavors. I got the shish taouk plate and it was amazing!🩷 The couscous was so flavourful🩷 I will come back when I am in town! Healthy and delicious! One of the women working there offered me yummy Moroccan tea while I waited by order. Loved it!
