We want it to give a try on Sunday October 25th, 2026 dinner time. Our experience at this location is not the best from the host to the foods. The foods was terrible, super salty and pasta was uncooked super hard. The best was the waiter they are doing a amazing jobs.

We arrived at 1pm dessert trays were empty we were there for an hour and they were never filled. I'd much rather Manderin better price better tasting food.

I found to pay upfront was weird. They also expected a tip without us even having sat to eat. They charged my pepsi in the middle of our diner with a machine, whether we were having an important conversation or not. Just seemed cheap. Very loud music, we love music. Echoey as well. Will be out first and last time

although it’s a buffet and they add 12% upfront the server that was serving us supposedly beverage only came once to ask if we needed anything else and when I asked her for water, but she said oh that’s the other person that’s not me and on top of that, I had to deserve my own plate because nobody came to take our plates away when they were finished with the food was OK and it’s supposed to be crab. All you can eat, but there was never any available or you had to wait for 20 minutes to get some so it was not a very good experience.

Garbage. It’s ashamed it’s still operating. Everything was bad I’ve gone to every buffet Des continents , st Jerome by far is ruining the reputation of the other restaurants. Forget about going here. It’s rotten food. 2026

When we arrived at the buffet there's was no line. It was a great night because it wasn't crowded. A lot of families. The drinks that we ordered arrived fast as well.

We usually go to the Buffet des Continents in Brossard and have never had an experience anywhere near as bad as the one we had at the Saint-Jérôme location. We were there for our niece’s birthday with a reservation for approximately 30 people. Despite having a reservation for that number, we were given seating for about 20 people, and instead of handling the situation professionally and accommodating our group, the manager made the situation unnecessarily difficult. In our experience, the manager showed very little professionalism or courtesy, and unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not much better. The food was not simply disappointing, it was far below mediocre. Almost everything we tried tasted horrible. Many dishes were overcooked, several were so heavily salted that salt was basically the only thing you could taste, and the overall selection was very limited compared with other Buffet des Continents locations we have visited. Even the fruits was unacceptable. My brother-in-law tried some fruits hoping that at least something fresh would be enjoyable, and some of it tasted rotten. That alone says a lot about the quality we experienced that evening. The service throughout the meal was equally disappointing. Our empty plates were repeatedly left on the table and were not being cleared. I eventually had to gather the dirty plates myself and stack them at the end of the table just to make it obvious that they needed to be picked up. At a restaurant, customers should not have to do the staff’s job simply to have their table cleared. To make matters even worse, we prepared a small birthday presentation using a slice of cake from the restaurant. My wife arranged it nicely on a plate with two unlit candles so that we could celebrate our niece’s birthday together. She stepped away briefly, and during that time a waiter took the untouched cake, with the candles still clearly on it, and threw it in the garbage. There appeared to be absolutely no consideration given to the fact that an untouched piece of cake presented with birthday candles might actually be intended for a birthday celebration. Overall, the combination of terrible food, poor service, lack of attention, limited selection, and what we experienced as an extremely unprofessional attitude from management made this one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. The only good part of the evening was being together with our family to celebrate our niece’s birthday. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the time, the money, and the disappointment. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Saint-Jérôme location altogether. We will never set foot in this location again. If it were up to me, a location operating at this level would not remain open.

Very average experience. Food tasted fake (for the most part), staff didnt take our empty plates quick enough despite there being hardly anyone, sometimes our plates were on our table for 20 minutes AND when we got in, we pad the normal price PLUS a 12% tip that they added without asking me saying its going to be split between everybody. Only noticed when I was leaving. Cheap, but fundamentally not the best buffet you can go to. Not to mention, when I was paying (with that additional 12% tip thy added without asking), they STILL gave me the option to tip them EVEN though all theyve done at that point is asking me to pay and then showing me to my seat. Any Buffet that prioritizes tipping that much cant be ran by someone who has his priorities straight. Like I said, fake, rubbery and bland food. You can find better.

This franchise is bar none the best value for your money, featuring cuisine for the 4 corners of the world and sure to please everyone. This was my first visit to the Saint Jerome location and the atmosphere was in line with all of their locations. I must try .

Went to eat at the Buffets des Continents in St-Jerome. Ordered 2 Daiquiri fraises without alchool and one De la mer de corail without alchool. We are frequent customers and always had our daiquiri drinks"givré". They are usually very good. This time though it was not the case...The drinks were hot to touch not cold and not "givré" like they used to be. We kindly asked someone about our drinks she informed herself and the lady who made the drinks did not come to see us. She sent another employee to do the message. The employee who came to deliver the message was very sweet and should not have been sent to take the heat from an error done by someone else. She informed us that she was told they do not come "givré " and that we don't do that here. I know for a fact that that is not true as we are frequent customers and this is the first time our drinks are like that. Was very disappointed.
