It was a good experience, but only for one time. I prefer the Montreal branch over the Gatineau branch when comparing the quality and variety of food.

I was excited for the all you can eat crab legs, only to discover… they don’t get refreshed very often so I was only able to get scraps by the time they came out the one time while I was there. I was disgusted to see that the kids running around just put their filthy hands all over everything, including scooping the ice cream in to their bowls. Mind blowing parents just let them do that and for no staff to say anything, just watch the germs spread all over everything. This is not a very well run establishment, the entrance was a mess with people trying to get it, we did have a reservation, which is better to have if you don’t listen to this warning of mine. The food was below par. There is a couple of good items but nothing to make me want to return here. Also my sister ended up getting food poisoning from this place. Wish I had something good to say, they do clean up quick but not quick enough, nearly every time we went to try and find something good, we always had to wait for clean plates. But they aren’t very clean. Some still had food on it. Just go to Mandarin for a buffet style joint.

We enjoyed a party of 8 for 3 birthdays. The food was good and plentiful. The place is obviously very popular with long lineups. The serving and wait staff were all pleasant and responsive. It is always a good experience. The only minor annoyance is the parking access and availability, mostly due to the popularity.

I have been going for years, but this time felt a bit different. The atmosphere is the same, loud and noisy. The service was okay, no one asked us for drinks…the food could be a lot better. The selection was just okay.

I went recently there during a great vacation with my friends. The foods were good, and it made me had a really amazing trip at Ottawa. Love it.

Not the best experience. It wasn't terribly busy, the food was good, selection is extensive but the service definitely lacked- the waitress essentially ignored us other than to fill water twice. Wouldn't choose it as a first option again, but the food is pretty food for a buffet.

Went in expecting at least a hot meal and a pleasant lunch. What I was not expecting was cold and half cooked food. I understand that kids make noise but when it is too the point that it is disturbing others around them maybe the parents or staff should say something. With the price of going out now a days this was a special treat and we couldn't even enjoy our meal

Yesterday we had a reservation for my daughters birthday for 9 people 6 of us were sick after had a real bad diarrhoea and pains in our stomachs, plus the whole place where we were sitting at the back tables smelled like dirty diapers would not recommend for anybody to eat.

My Friday dinner experience was exceptional, top variety and selection,great planning with the stations , lots of buffets in Ontario can watch and learn how to do it right with the price/quality match. Some spots needs service improvement, especially the hot meets station , the workers not providing enough attention to customers and sometimes you need to wait for them to approach you and provide service , and maybe it's a good idea to put 2 waiters on the second floor especially on the weekends.

Went on a Sunday evening, so not as busy and not as much pressure to leave, so we can take our time and enjoy sampling many different items.
