I recently returned to the buffet for the first time in a couple of years and it was a horrible experience all items I saw in the buffet was full of salt and grease. There used to serve good choices and quality food when I visited the place before covid. I have no plans to go back unless things change drastically not a pleasant experience

Truly disappointed. The place is good but a little bit noisy. The food is not what I expected not a lot option and its plain no flavour I went on a weekday so I’ll give it another chance but not expecting much tbh

If you eat there and never compared to Mandarine in Ottawa, 1/10 compared to Ottawa 10/10 also must pay in advance before you eat. This is a terrible place my girlfriend and I woke up with sore stomach this morning.

It's a buffet...By the time of our reservation, I could not find any fish left, only shrimps, and side options were limited too in our case. But we were there at the busiest time. Still, the experience was as expected, the kids and other guests were satisfied. The service was ok. The lever of noise was very high, this was the part I did not like. I do not remember it being this way in the past. Have people lost all culture?

Large space to accommodate a lot of people... there is a good variety of foods, most good quality, some less favorable but all in all enough to enjoy and be full. Paying for your meal prior to eating and then paying drinks as you go, is a little unorthodox to the norm and a touch annoying, but it is what it is. Overall this is a great experience and a good go to for large groups

The servers and bust boys are grumpy.. especially the ones for larger groups. They serve water and pick up plates. Way to expensive to be treated like that. Ive come here for so long but it's no longer worth it. Sucks.

Overall good experience. Been to their locations about 5 times. They just need to refill waters more often. All locations have that issue but other than that, food is always delicious. Initial customer service is always lovely. Pretty good price for the food options.

First off, the food wasn't bad.. Wasn't excellent, but not bad. Here's where things take a turn. The service was quite poor. Understanding of course this is a buffet, but my comments are directly associated to the older waitress we had when we first arrived. She was very 'short' tempered with us (at table of 10 mature adults), where she wanted our drink orders, interrupted us while we were speaking, and was rude. We gave our drink orders, and we paid for them right there and then - ok, what ever works. Another service person brought us the drinks, which was fine. My wife had ordered a HOT tea. She service person brought it to her, and it was luke warm (pretty much room temp) water. Do you know how impossible it was to flag someone to come back to the table to rectify this problem? I had to get up out of my chair and approach the service staff to get my wife a HOT cup of tea. We NEVER did see that waitress again, and NO one came back to the table to ask us if we wanted our drinks refreshed etc. AND then expect a tip?!?? NOPE! Won't be going back there again..

I was excited for the all you can eat crab legs, only to discover… they don’t get refreshed very often so I was only able to get scraps by the time they came out the one time while I was there. I was disgusted to see that the kids running around just put their filthy hands all over everything, including scooping the ice cream in to their bowls. Mind blowing parents just let them do that and for no staff to say anything, just watch the germs spread all over everything. This is not a very well run establishment, the entrance was a mess with people trying to get it, we did have a reservation, which is better to have if you don’t listen to this warning of mine. The food was below par. There is a couple of good items but nothing to make me want to return here. Also my sister ended up getting food poisoning from this place. Wish I had something good to say, they do clean up quick but not quick enough, nearly every time we went to try and find something good, we always had to wait for clean plates. But they aren’t very clean. Some still had food on it. Just go to Mandarin for a buffet style joint.

We enjoyed a party of 8 for 3 birthdays. The food was good and plentiful. The place is obviously very popular with long lineups. The serving and wait staff were all pleasant and responsive. It is always a good experience. The only minor annoyance is the parking access and availability, mostly due to the popularity.

I have been going for years, but this time felt a bit different. The atmosphere is the same, loud and noisy. The service was okay, no one asked us for drinks…the food could be a lot better. The selection was just okay.
