Went in expecting at least a hot meal and a pleasant lunch. What I was not expecting was cold and half cooked food. I understand that kids make noise but when it is too the point that it is disturbing others around them maybe the parents or staff should say something. With the price of going out now a days this was a special treat and we couldn't even enjoy our meal

Yesterday we had a reservation for my daughters birthday for 9 people 6 of us were sick after had a real bad diarrhoea and pains in our stomachs, plus the whole place where we were sitting at the back tables smelled like dirty diapers would not recommend for anybody to eat.

My Friday dinner experience was exceptional, top variety and selection,great planning with the stations , lots of buffets in Ontario can watch and learn how to do it right with the price/quality match. Some spots needs service improvement, especially the hot meets station , the workers not providing enough attention to customers and sometimes you need to wait for them to approach you and provide service , and maybe it's a good idea to put 2 waiters on the second floor especially on the weekends.

Unfortunately, I had to delete my previous 4 star review from a few years ago. I recently returned to the buffet for the first time in a couple of years and it was a horrible experience. I frequented this place before Covid, but I won't be returning after this last experience. The food is borderline inedible now, very reminiscent of a low quality Cuban all inclusive resort. I used to come out full and happy, but during this experience I struggled to eat anything on the plate. The atmosphere and service was still great, but those were the only redeeming factors. The price is ridiculous now, and I left a buffet hungry for the first time in my life.

The food is very good ,but it gets dry service is good,but they also ignore you every now and then and the atmosphere was so pretty I saw were they where going with that one so I give it four stars

Claim they aren't taking reservations today, February 14th, even though I booked one days ago. I had to show my email confirmation, to the hostest for her to clue in.

While not everything is a hit, there's so much choice that it doesn't matter ! Had a great evening with my husband , 11 year old and 7 months old !

I’ve been here several times and absolutely love it! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is wonderful. Amazing value for the price I’ll definitely keep coming back!

It's been years since I've been and nothing changed aside from the price. The price jumped extremely high and the food was tasteless in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. That was a waste of money. If you want to go to a real buffet.. go to Mandarin. We got seated and never got served water till we had to ask after our first plate was done.. it was not busy at all, and for good reasons. The food was cheap. It's on par with frozen food from walmart. Im just going to add that we went in this restaurant 4-5 years ago during covid and the food was not good, we wanted to give this place another shot and was disappointed again.

Amazing experience at Buffet de Continent! The food was delicious and very well prepared. The staff, especially the bartenders, were incredibly attentive, always checking on us, refilling water, and making sure we didn’t need anything. The service was warm, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!
