We were seated very quickly even though it was dinner time. The staff were very nice and the menu was very easy to navigate as an English speaker

THE FOOD WAS SOOO GOOD!!! Do try the buffalo flat bread. Issac was super sweet and the overall service was 10/10!! Ive been here twice and i will always come back here :) - from Toronto ❤️

The pizza was very pleasant and the outdoor patio was wonderful. The server was fantastic and accommodated us in French and English. Despite being in a touristy area, the prices were fair and the service was quick. I highly recommend Sapristi.

It was good, but I was expecting more considering the reputation.. maybe I ordered wrong. Staff and service was exceptional! Brulé had an interesting twist to it, pretty decent.

Let me start off by saying, our server Claudelle is fantastic. She was very tentative to our needs. My wife had the American pizza, I had the pasta with duck, 👍 it was so good. The pizza is a small one that is wood oven grilled, perfect for her and for me to get one slice.

An Italian restaurant for tourists. No minestrone soup on the menu...no bread served with soup... It's more a pasta and pizza restaurant, rather than Italian. Overall decent.

We had a reservation for 7:30 p.m. and arrived at around 7:38, so we were admittedly a few minutes late. The staff at the front greeted us promptly and were very polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive, around 20 minutes for the appetizer, and then another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. It was a very busy Sunday night, so we completely understand that some waiting is to be expected. However, the restaurant seemed noticeably understaffed. We even heard dishes being dropped and broken twice before our order was taken, which added to the overall chaotic atmosphere. We chose this restaurant after reading so many positive Google reviews while planning our trip to Quebec, and it was actually the only restaurant we made a reservation for during our trip, so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Two of the dishes we specifically wanted to try based on what we saw on Google were not available. We were told that the onion soup was only available during the winter, and our server explained that the arrabbiata shown was only for decoration/display. It was disappointing to come specifically wanting to try these dishes and find that neither was actually available. On top of the long wait, we were also disappointed with the overall quality of the food. We ended up ordering three dishes and alcoholic drinks, and our bill came to around $140. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the overall experience felt worth that price. We came here with high expectations based on the reviews, so it was especially sad that this ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences of our trip. I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to what we had expected.

Sorry- not authentic enough. Food was not tasty and required lots of salt and pepper. Service was poor. They did not offer any colouring for our kids yet when another family came there kids were given it. But that’s all down to service. It’s not worth your money. There are far better authentic Italian food.

Our server was attentive & they bring over water. We got the calamari & the 4 Cheese pizza which is tasty. Because we were on a tour bus we couldn't have leftovers so we weren't able to sample the pasta dishes. Nice wine & beer selections as well

The food was good overall, but the spaghetti portion was pretty small for the price. The service was good at first, but it completely changed at the end. Our server Keveen, started complaining about the fact that my friend didn’t tip and said that they only get paid minimum wage and have to split the tips with others. I understand that tipping is important and I was actually planning on leaving a tip, but the way he started complaining about my friend not tipping and then became disrespectful made me not want to tip at all. It’s my right to choose whether or not I want to tip. I came here to eat and enjoy my meal, not to satisfy the waiter or be pressured into tipping. Tips should be appreciated, not demanded. Really disappointing way to end what was otherwise a good experience.

Nice atmosphere and location. Friendly staff and excellent service. Had the calamari and mozzarella stick starters. Both very good but portions on light size for price. For mains, pasta Di Mare, linguini polo and carbonara. All very good. Not the best we have had but very good. Both red and white sangria were good and reasonably priced. For desert we shared an amazing creme brulee for very reasonable price of $10! Had a lot of other good looking offerings on the menu including many pizzas. Would recommend if you're looking for some Italian in Vieux Quebec.
