I love Sansotei Ramen but specially the tonkotsu noir! The only thing I find maybe annoying is the music. It’s always the same. I offered some playlist to the staff and they said they couldn’t take it since they have a dedicated playlist but I think having multiple ones is always better than having the same playlist over and over.

Not my first time at Sansotei Ramen, but first time trying the miso black, and I have to say it is phenomenal. Really balanced depth of flavor yet so rich and I felt it is best with the thick noodles. Will definitely order again. The only reason I am giving a 4 star (but, in reality, it really is a 4.5) for the food is because I felt that the noodle portion could've been a bit more (maybe it was a one time thing).

1 star for the gyudon, which is simply not worth it. 1% meat (with a lot of fat) 99% rice. Up the price a bit and give a reasonable quantity of meat or just dont propose this plate anymore. However, the ramen and fried chicken are good so i would suggest to try those instead, just dont order gyudon.

The food here was great , it's a small area but still nice enough to have a great lunch with about 4 friends . I wanted to go again but my trip ended would definitely go again on my next trip back .

Starting to become my go-to ramen restaurant when going out with friends. The soup bases are sooo good. Any type of soup is good honestly. I just wished they had 1 type of soup with both bamboo shots and mushrooms (tree fungus) because they're both delicious.

I always order the same mushroom ramen—it’s consistently excellent, and the marinated egg is delicious. The service ranges from good to excellent, depending on who’s serving. Definitely recommend!

I picked up one, and my god, their packaging is so terrible. It is so easy to leak only with a bit of jiggle, and they use a super thin paper bag, which makes the situation worse with the leakage. I will never ever order a pickup again.

The food was fine but the problem happened when I was leaving. I didn’t leave a tip and when I was about to leave the staff stopped me and asked in front of everyone if I wasn’t going to leave a tip. Everyone started looking at me. They asked twice. While they didn’t say it directly it felt like they were pressuring me. So I ended up giving a tip and left. This was the first time something like this happened

We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews and it didn't disappoint. Friendly and welcoming staff, very well-served and delicious ramen. The gyoza appetizer was also very tasty and moist. The tonkotsu and shoyu ramen were both very flavorful. The mugicha wasn't great; it had a strange taste. My husband ate a matcha ice cream that was offered and he really liked it; it was very creamy. I don't like matcha, so I didn't try it.

❗️Negative experience / food poisoning Unfortunately, after visiting this restaurant, I suffered from severe food poisoning, most likely from the ramen. My condition was very serious: for the first 24 hours I was barely able to get out of bed. For about 12 hours I couldn’t even keep water down, which led to dehydration. Even the next day, my condition did not fully improve: my stomach is still not functioning at 100%, I’m unable to eat normally, and I’m experiencing dizziness. This was an extremely exhausting and potentially dangerous experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn other customers. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes food quality and hygiene standards seriously.
