Dropped in for lunch on a quiet Tuesday. Although attached to the big swanky mall, but you have to step outside to get here. Very somber atmosphere, every restaurant in this chain look alike. Nice variety of ramen, but my usual is the spicy tonton with fine noodles. As expected, the broth was rich and just spicy enough. The egg yolks were creamy enough to mix into the broth, which I love. The chasu was good, fatty but not too much. Everything was well balanced, but I feel like I was a victim of shrinkflation, because if I remember the last time I went to a Sansotei the bowl was bigger and I had more than one piece of chasu. But I could be wrong. Either way I was stuffed. I love that they have unsweetened iced tea 🤩. Service was great, fast and efficient. Definitely a great place for ramen.

The Best Japanese Ramen that we've tasted here in Montreal. The ramen is so good and the staff are very professional and accomodating. The presentation of the foods are excellent and as well as the services. This is our 3rd time visiting the restaurant and definitely will come back again!

This location features a pleasant layout and a calm ambiance. The Shoyu ramen was satisfactory, but the Tonkotsu Black lacked the necessary umami depth. Service was friendly, but the staff stayed behind the counter, requiring me to approach the counter whenever I needed something.
