We had read some of the recent reviews and were a little apprehensive about trying this place, especially since it was quite last minute and close to closing. We’re so glad we did! Our ramen was delicious and the service was great. The tonkatsu and tomato ramen are both must-tries. Our waitress seated us and checked in throughout the meal without ever making us feel rushed. They’ve only been open for about two months, so definitely show them some support. We’ll absolutely be back!

In fact, we follow the same standards for every customer, whether is our first customer of the day or our last. Our standards have nothing to do with whether it is early or late in the day. Really enjoyed our first visit last week, so our second experience was disappointing. The fried chicken / zangi was cut unevenly and several larger, fatty pieces were still raw and pink inside, with greasy, soggy skin. It was clearly not cooked properly and was nothing like what we had the week before. What bothered me most was hearing the kitchen staff justify it by saying that’s how it’s supposed to be. Excuse me, but I had the exact same dish a week earlier, and it was completely different. The waitress was apologetic, which I appreciated, but serving raw chicken and dismissing the concern is unacceptable, especially at these prices.

I was really happy when this ramen place opened in Laval. I’m used to going to the downtown one and I love it. Unfortunately, my visit here was disappointing. It was getting late, and the food felt rushed. The crispy fried chicken was oily, not crispy at all, and partially raw and pink inside. The skin was soggy and had an unpleasant, almost nauseating texture. I simply asked not to be charged for it and didn’t want a replacement. What made it worse was seeing the kitchen staff discussing the situation and seemingly justifying it by saying that’s how it’s supposed to be and how the cook eats it. It felt uncomfortable and dismissive. The waitress apologized, which I appreciated, but I expected better, especially considering the prices they charge.

Similar to Kinton Ramen but portions are more generous. The black tonkotsu was absolutely delicious. Pork slices were top tier.

Third time going there and honestly the service is great and you get the food fast. Tried different options so far and everything has been good. You get greeted upon entering the restaurant and they say thank you and good day when leaving. Will definitely go back!

Amazing ramen!!! We took the shiu chicken ramen & it was one of the best ramens I have ever tried. Service was excellent, waitress is so polite and welcoming. Took only a few minutes and our order was ready. Place is clean and nice ambiance. Will definitely be going back.

Really enjoyed our experience here! The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. Everything we ordered was great. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

I ordered the black miso ramen with garlic oil and it was exquisite. The broth was rich but not overwhelming or too salty. I chose the thin noodles and I let them sit for a bit in the broth so they can soak and absorb some of the broth. The chashu must have been marinate for a long time because it was really flavorful and soft, luckily for me, it was also charred very nicely too, which added crunchy bits on the edges and a deeper flavor. All in all, great ramen, I'll put it up above Kinton and Is shin ramen. Definitely coming back to try other flavors.

This was such an experience. The Spicy Tan Tan ramen was amazing, the soup was flavorful and the noodles had the perfect texture. Service was also great. Vicky and Shelley were super helpful with explaining and recommending the different ramens. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Atmosphere looks SO pretty and it has nice lights. Perfect place to take someone on a date here. Also, food is amazing! The staffs are super nice and welcoming and the Mango cheese cake is a must try.

I took the fried chicken and the tonkotsu ramen. Honestly the chicken was realy tender with a nice aroma. For the ramen the broth was an absolute flavor bomb, eggs where perfectly marinated, the pork caramelisation was amazing. Honestly for me it is the best ramen in the north shore. I will 100% come back
