super beautiful restaurant! i was told to stop here by another tourist in my travels and i have to say i don’t regret it! the wait was a little long, but the staff were super sweet. the pork xiao long bao was amazing and so were the pork fried dumplings. i have to say, i wasn’t a fan of the way they prepare tofu, but i blame my vegetarian friend not the restaurant. i forget her name, but the red haired server girl was sweet as ever and was super attentive to me and my friends. definitely stopping here again on my next Canada trip!

I had an amazing experience at Sammi & Soupe Dumpling.The dumplings were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.Their soup dumplings were definitely the highlight, every bite was amazing. What made the visit truly special was our waitress with the red hair. She was the absolute sweetest!! and made the whole experience even better. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a warm smile and a great attitude. She was so attentive, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and answering our questions about the menu with so much patience and kindness. Service like that really stands out and makes a restaurant memorable. She truly made our visit feel special, and it’s rare to come across someone who is that kind and helpful. Between the delicious dumplings and the incredible service from that amazing red haired waitress, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll absolutely be coming back next time I’m in Canada!!!

We went during lunchtime, but it was busy, so it took about 20 minutes for us to be seated. I think we waited nearly an hour for our food. The other tables were also waiting, constantly checking the kitchen for their food. Our order didn't arrive at the same time, arriving about 15 minutes after everyone else had finished, so I had to hurry and eat it by myself. The dough for the last xiaolongbao was half raw. I think they must have rushed it because of the delay. It wasn't inedible, but it just wasn't tasty. The wait was so long I was exhausted. I should have gone somewhere else. I regret coming to a restaurant in this area without knowing much about it. This is a restaurant you shouldn't go to when it's busy. At the end, they gave me a 10% discount at the register. There were far too few staff members for the size of the restaurant and the number of customers. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but they seemed so busy I felt sorry for them. I wanted to leave a 0% tip, but having worked in a restaurant in the past, I felt sympathetic and decided to leave a tip anyway.

Tried 4 soup dumplings, sweet pork was best, then pork and chive, then spicy then pork shrimp scallop. Pretty good soup dumplings, nothing to complain about , yummy

Loved their dumplings. I probably go close to once a month and enjoy it every time. Worth the price and excellent service by the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work!

My first time here it was great. This is my second time now and I believe they were understaffed this time around. There was one guy taking orders for the whole restaurant and another guy bringing out and bring back all the food. The food itself is always great (the fried dumplings), but the wait this time around and circulation of the restaurant was messy with extreme wait times, 30mins to get a table and another 20mins to get the food.
