I’m honestly shocked and extremely frustrated by how I was treated over the phone. I called to make a reservation and was immediately accused of being a “no-show” from a previous booking. Before I could even properly explain, the staff member became aggressive, raised their voice, and kept insisting I was that person without bothering to verify anything. What’s even more disappointing is that this isn’t my first time dealing with this restaurant—I’ve been here before and never expected to be spoken to this way. Being yelled at over a simple misunderstanding is completely unacceptable. If this is how they treat returning customers, I seriously question their level of professionalism and how they handle any kind of issue. Very upsetting experience.
