An unforgettable experience at Salle Climatisée. Every dish felt thoughtful and beautifully executed. From the beef tartare, to the endives with sea urchin sauce, to the incredible pork with sauce américaine. Everything paired perfectly with the orange wine recommendation. We ended with an apple cake and dessert wine that were the perfect finish to the evening. Special thanks to Brandon, for personally taking care of us and making the experience feel so warm and memorable. It truly felt like being at home with friends. Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere from start to finish. Five stars all around.

Love this place—it’s one of our go-tos when we have visitors in Montreal. Cozy atmosphere, consistently great food, and the service is always warm and attentive. They’ve also been very accommodating with our young kids, which we really appreciate. It’s always a treat to come back.

Truly a 10/10 experience. Service was knowledgeable and attentive. Was a beautiful long dinner, and we didn’t feel rushed once. Atmosphere was cozy and lively. Wine list is insane, both options we drank were delicious. We got the leeks, tartare, fluke, trout and pork. Everything was delicate and balanced, standouts for us was the tartare, trout, and sticky toffee pudding. Definitely a place meant to be spent with a small intimate group.

An excellent spot in Mile End, Salle Climatisée delivers outstanding food in a relaxed setting. The poireaux vinaigrette revisité is a highlight—creative, refined, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Utterly Bangin’ Creative, fresh and unique. SC offers one of the better dining experiences in Montreal. Room for maybe 20 guests at a time. Attentive and classy staff and a vibe that makes you feel like you’re in a coastal maritime town. No dishes are a miss. Do yourself a favour and book a table asap.

Absolutely delicious — this might be the best restaurant in Montreal. I really appreciated that almost every dish (except one main) can be ordered as a half portion, which is perfect for solo diners, and even the half portions were very generous. The leek and roasted mushrooms were amazing, and the beef tartare had a very unique seasoning unlike any other I’ve had. They also kindly offered to replace the carrots with sweet potato for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The server gave excellent wine recommendations too. A perfect experience.

Great atmosphere, very cozy spot, everything was amazing. This place is a great culinary experience, and the carrot sticky pudding is out of this world. 100% recommend visiting.

We’ve visited Salle Climatisee a number of times, and have never been disappointed. Service is exceptional, food is spectacular and atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Brendan and his team are passionate and welcoming to all their guests. Beautiful wine selection. Love the rotation of the menu, always get to try some thing new.
