Took the dégustation menu at Saint Sushi tonight and left seriously impressed. Every course felt like it had its own identity. Beyond the freshness of the fish — which was exceptional — there was a lot of attention given to texture, balance and presentation. Every plate arriving at the table felt like discovering something new. You can tell this isn’t a place focused on simply serving sushi; they’re trying to create an experience. The quality of ingredients stood out immediately, but so did the details: the combinations, the presentation, the pacing and the service. The dégustation menu is the kind of experience where you stop talking for a second after taking the first bite because you're trying to understand everything happening. Definitely one of the more memorable sushi experiences I’ve had in Montreal. Looking forward to coming back.

It was outrageous experience!! Came here because loved Saint Sushi on Duluth. However Westmount location was a huge disappointment and not only food wise but mostly because of their customer service! Came there for dinner and ordered miso soup and 2 rolls - one was of 8 pieces another 5 pieces. When placing the order, the waiter looked at me and asked “Are you very hungry?” I knew immediately what he was trying to say and replied “Are you here to judge?!” And he was like “It’s just too much food!” I was like “That’s what I order and that’s what I want” But he didn’t stop and kept going “I just mean it’s too much food. Maybe you should order one roll first and then see if you want another one…” Again I said I knew exactly what I wanted. And then he left with my order.. I have a question to the owner or manager of this place (and hope they read this): are you sure you are sushi place?! Because it looks like your staff is overqualified and should be either dietitians or nutritionists at least, but definitely not waiters. But seriously it was so rude! Does that dude even knew how guest’s day went, what’s their workout schedule, health conditions or other unique circumstances?! Moreover 2 rolls of 13 pieces is nothing for dinner for an adult. I’m not a toddler, I swear! If management pays minimum attention to reviews - I can provide more details in private conversation. And finally, when it comes to food… it was another big disappointment. Nothing like what it used to be at Duluth location. Miso soup was so salty, miso paste too much. Rolls were so so too, nothing great… definitely not coming back. No, thank you

Delicious experience! The Elvis salad with shrimp was fresh and flavorful, and the otoro sashimi was incredible with perfectly balanced sauce, spicy but not too much to let the rest of the flavors shine. The Bad News Brown roll was crunchy and sweet, and the Kendrick Lamar roll was bold and well-balanced. Overall, our tastebuds had a true feast. The service was A+++. I didn't take pictures this time, but we’ll be back! 🍣

Loved the seafood soup. The Bob Marley and Sensei tuna delicious, fresh and great presentation. Good service 😀
