Worst service ever! We arrived at 5:30 p.m. because we had a show at 8:00 p.m. We ordered our appetizers and were patiently waiting for our main course. By 7:00 p.m., we still hadn’t received it, so I asked the waitress how much longer it would be. She told me another 20 minutes — meaning we would have waited almost two hours for our main course! At that point, I told her to forget it because we could no longer wait. She then charged us for the two egg rolls we had ordered and received, which is understandable. What really bothered me was when she said, “You should have told me you had a show to go to!” Really? Shouldn’t the server ask customers at the beginning if they are on a schedule or have somewhere to be, especially when the service is taking that long? We arrived at 5:30 p.m., so we certainly allowed plenty of time. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and extremely slow service completely ruined our evening. Very disappointing experience.
