Says it opens at 8:30. They don’t open until 10:30. Else then that the staff is cool and there are three pool tables so that’s pretty cool too.
The management at this location is extremely poor. I encountered issues involving a staff member—who no longer works there—regarding a payout from the slot machines; the situation was handled with utter rudeness, and I was not paid. Furthermore, my mobile phone went missing in less than 30 seconds. Although I visited the general management office—submitting written requests and emails, and asking in person to check the surveillance footage—one of the supervisors at the management center on Sanjak Street responded with shocking insolence and rudeness, telling me, "If you're unhappy, don't come here anymore." It is regrettable that, instead of investigating the matter to ensure customer satisfaction, the manager chose to question why I even go there in the first place.

Our first stop when we entered montreal, the crowd was lively and welcoming. Upon arriving we were greeted warmly by Finn and some of the patrons who were anticipating our arrival. The service was great, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was cozy and felt like home. I was disappointed to find there were no bar food options, as the name implies they are a pub and grill, there was no grillin going on, we tried to stop in early one day to find they closed, and this was rather disappointing.
Cheap drinks, a great patio, and good music make Rustik Bar an easy place to spend an evening. It has a rustic charm that gives it plenty of character. The locals make the atmosphere special—everyone seems to know each other, and they're welcoming and friendly, making newcomers feel right at home
Great local bar with great service. Finn was wonderful and accommodating. We were visiting from out of town and enjoyed our drinks, soccer game and service. Finn took the time to introduce us to some locals and made us feel welcome from our 1st step inside, made for a great night.
Iconic ndg bar! Always feel welcome there, especially with Finn bartending. She goes above and beyond—hosting Christmas gatherings and other themed events to make sure there's always something cool happening in the community. That lady's so good at her job, they should make her manager if she isn't already(!) Will def be back again soon.

Good for a quick cheap drink. Updating my review because this place has gone downhill due to one bar tender. One of them is great, the other, (I think her name is Lani) gives terrible service, has a sour attitude, closes early, tries to overcharge if you're not paying attention and makes problems with the patrons. Not sure how she still has a job, but I avoid this place if she is working and I am not the only one.
Great place with a great atmosphere! Layla was an amazing host. This is for sure the best place to grab a drink in NDG!
