Arrived at this hidden gem, 40 minutes before closing, craving a bowl of pho dac biet. My wife and I took the detour on our way to Montreal because of the restaurant's high rating and Roulo Vietnamien did not disappoint. We were served within 10 minutes of ordering and the staff was super friendly despite it being the end of their shift. If the bowls we were served were from the bottom of the pot of the day's batch, then they must be doing something right in the kitchen. Everything about those bowls were excellent. The portions were just right; no need for sauce or extra lemon/lime. The broth was light yet flavorful without being too salty/savory. The beef, which was later revealed to be AAA grade, was tender and beefy. The beef balls, which was later revealed to be homemade, were scrumptious and tasted like grilled meat. The owner of this restaurant apparently has a restaurant called Gao Comptoir Vietnamien in downtown Quebec City which I fully intend to visit next time I'm in the area. I would recommend Roulo Vietnamien to anyone as of the date of this review. I can only hope they maintain this level of quality moving forward.

Honestly coming in here wasn’t much to expect but after tasting and trying out multiple things I must say these things the food is great! There’s so much more to say about their mayonnaise and their dumplings and wontons deliciously addicting 10/10. owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful I must say if you are up to try new things give it a try for sure.

By far! One of the best (if not) the best place for a good Pho or Banh Mi in Québec City. The pho broth was delicious and comforting. The lady cashier is nice and welcoming. And the prices are very fair for the portions. I'll never understand people who rated this place less than 4 stars. Places like these are getting really rare and they fully deserve that 4.8 rating.

I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere here. I had a bowl of special Pho. It’s really authentic and similar to what I had back home. Highly recommend this spot, top Vietnamese restaurant in Quebec.

It’s our first time in Quebec City, and we decided to try a Vietnamese restaurant — it turned out to be really good! Great service and kind staff. We had such a wonderful time on this trip. Thank you so much!
