Manager yelling at his young employees in front of customers!! Very not professional and condescending. This is not right.
Ordered for delivery 1 Club Sandwich extra Mayo with 1 Poutine Meal and asked to have 1 large BBQ sauce added to my order.. Upon reception of my order realized that the large BBQ sauce was missing $4.50 and they charged me for 1 mayonnaise .75. Normally a Club Sandwich comes with mayonnaise, I didn't get any extra, butt technically didn't ask for a packet but wanted extra mayonnaise in the Club. Called the restaurant and the girl on the phone was rude and didn't seem to care. I asked to have a credit put for a future account as I was cheated of 5.25 plus taxes. It ain't much but it's owed to me and deceitful. I called back as I didn't appreciate the lack of respect towards my business with them and asked for a manager to call back. Still waiting ....... Well I guess I won't find out of they gave me a credit, because for sure I will never call again as they lost my business. It's important to remember that if you don't like your job, will just don't do it, because your attitude impacts the future of other workers.
Horrible prices for the cheap chicken burgers...patty is as flat as a pancake and the salad was old and mushy hopefuly they did not spit in it
Horrible experience, over an hour an a half for a delivery. I called after 1h15, she said driver is on his way with a rude attitude, still took another 20 minutes for the driver to get here (the store is 6 minutes away)

This is the size of the chicken leg ???? 2 bites !!! When I called the resto they told me they changed their chickens and they have received a lot of complaints !!!! Really ??? I wonder why ??? I won’t be ordering from them anymore !! Bye bye !!! Plenty of other chicken restos !! When I asked for the manager , she said there was no one there ! And it was cold !!!
Probably the worst restaurant I've ever spent 70$ at. Caesar salad was all store bought ingredients, Kraft dressing (very obvious) croutons also store bought. The lettuce wasn't fresh. The general tao poutine is just frozen popcorn chicken topped with the smallest amount of general tao sauce and of course, frozen fries. The chicken was dry and had no taste. The best thing we had in the entire meal was the coleslaw. No point in this restaurant exsisting, I can make the same meal at home for cheaper and better! Would LOVE a full refund. Won't order here ever again. I'd find better food in a prison. 👎👎
I had an issue with DoorDash and they corrected it and were very professional and empathetic. Very good service
It took 1h30 to receive one meal, they don’t call you back either to say anything. I would highly recommend that you order from another place. It’s the first time that I have such a service.
Worst customer service and worst experience ever. Food arrived 1h15min late. It was ice cold and everything tasted like old food. This is unacceptable and the restaurant shouldn’t operate.
Ordered for delivery at 4:03 pm and food was delivered 5:28 pm. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and missing the sauce for the second meal. Called to speak with the manager and I was told that he (Dimitri) would call me back after the dinner time rush. Called back later thiat evening to explain the problem (we order from this location frequently in the past and we're disappointed with the service this time) and I was told that unfortunately he would need to have his manager call me back the next day as he was unable to assist me at the moment. This was five days ago and still no one has called back. Not a great experience.
