Worst customer service and worst experience ever. Food arrived 1h15min late. It was ice cold and everything tasted like old food. This is unacceptable and the restaurant shouldn’t operate.
Ordered for delivery at 4:03 pm and food was delivered 5:28 pm. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and missing the sauce for the second meal. Called to speak with the manager and I was told that he (Dimitri) would call me back after the dinner time rush. Called back later thiat evening to explain the problem (we order from this location frequently in the past and we're disappointed with the service this time) and I was told that unfortunately he would need to have his manager call me back the next day as he was unable to assist me at the moment. This was five days ago and still no one has called back. Not a great experience.
