We were a group of 5. 4 of the plates had issues (1 had hair, 1 had a live insect on the arugula, 1 had the wrong pasta type, 1 was cold). Food was good otherwise. Very nice interior design and staff is friendly but we expected better service. They were nice enough to remove the hair and insect-affected plates from the bill.

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful view and nice staff The price was affordable, the test was good but not perfect. They have to increase the options in their menu.

What an amazing experience! The food was out of this world and very generous, the wine selection was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Thank you for such a memorable dinner!

Went to ROSSO Cielo before Rockets game . Service impeccable, food delicious and atmosphere festive yet controlled. Definitely would recommend it, specially the carbonara pasta with truffle !!!

Everything was excellent: the atmosphere, the drinks, and the dinner. The only thing that bothered us was that every few minutes one of the waiters would come and take a plate or a glass from the table. Finally, I told them, "Please leave everything as it is and let us enjoy our dinner."

This review is intended to be constructive, as the hotel was excellent, but the restaurant could benefit from improving its reception and service: no one greeted us at the entrance; the waiter was serious (not to say grumpy); we struggled to get a smile out of him, and even then, it was lukewarm; the food was just okay at best; we were at the hotel for five days; and we didn't return. It's a shame because the hotel itself was truly very good, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming, smiling, and warm.

We were very pleased with our first time visit. Philippe & Magaly were very welcoming, polite and professional. Service was top notch. Same for the food, it arrived hot, perfectly cooked and very well plated. We tried the “supreme de poulet” and the “bavette”. 5 stars all the way. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We have been coming here for a while and I was happy to see new things on the menu. Regarding the menu it would be great to see a menu like "table d'hôte" that has an appetizer and main and dessert. Also there is place for more "leaner" choices for women watching their weight.

The food was overall good. The meat on the butcher block we ordered tasted past due, it was a little disappointing. My husband ordered pasta and I ordered the cod. Both were good!

Beautiful evening ! Lucas, Alex , Melissa and all the servers were amazing and hosted our private event. They were professional and helpful from the start. They went above and beyond from helping me plan our event to the amazing evening !We were about 80 people and Everyone enjoyed the food ,ambience and service. Definitely will host other events here as well as dine on other occasions!Thank you so much Rosso Cielo!

Service was long as there was a hockey game and a comedy show so lots of people having lunch at the same time. Should manage better the quantity of staff next time.

Very disappointed with the quality of food. When spending over 300$ for 3 people and your wife ends up vomiting what she ate and the other 2 not feeling well with stomach cramps, makes you question what you ate. First and last time, would not recommend anyone to experience this restaurant. A menu priced at $$$$ should have AAA quality food served to their guests.
